  1. turbo or twin turbos is in its future way too slow right now. Got rid of my hayabusa to build this car have a speed problem i need to satisfy.
  2. 345 would be awesome but would have to do mini tubs.
  3. I havent posted anything about it sunny z. After I talked to you a few months back about putting in 300zx axles I got them in and shortly after it snapped all the bolts off of 1 side. I got home and said f*** this and began the swap.
  4. northern tool has a decent one not great but will do the job you want. lol narrow, flares and big nasty slicks huh rebekahz? Sounds entertaining.
  5. lol you are a little far from me other wise you are welcome to it.
  6. Most of that quarter you can form by hand. Tig welding helps a lot also so much easier to hammer and dolly the welds. For the top section an english wheel would make it alot easier on you.
  7. I was considering doing flares similar to yours.
  8. To narrow or not to narrow that is the question (rear end that is). Its either flare it or narrow it cant decide. Basically I got tired of all the broken half shafts and did a solid axle swap along with the 5 lug swap up front. Just need to make the 35mm spacers for the rotors so I can keep my 4x4 calipers. Now before i get the IRS is way better than solid axle answers I simply prefer a solid axle. My engine is just a 5.3 with 160k miles small cam and a t56 nothing special but deffinately a half shaft eater though. Wheels I believe are 2006 6 cylinder mustang rims got a good deal on them. New axle is an 8.8 with a triangulated 4 link and coil overs. Unfortunately the exhaust I just made a couple months ago must now be redone due to the new setup.
  9. Domz is right if the o2 sensors are too far back they will not read correctly. Try turning them off and using a speed density tune if that works theres your problem.
  10. T56 all day long and an 8.8 solid axle swap thats where its at.

  16. lt1swap.com for wiring questions covers all ls1 engine harnesses and tells you how to transfer to stand alone.
  17. domz has done the cheapest swap take his advice.
  18. I vote turbo when you get bored with the power just crank it up.
  19. LS LT1 is a down grade. Do the work yourself and it can be done under 5k.
  20. lol truth hurts man. Guess that guy didnt want these z31 axles havent heard from him.
