  1. Thanks! Yah, I'll use new or reconditioned fasteners for the final install.
  2. The completed panel. I filled the gaps with epoxy, sanded it smooth and coated it with two coats of satin black.
  3. Looks great! I really like the threshold plates. I'm in wiring hell with my car too You must have young eyes. That blueish LED tint would drive my eyes bananas at night. Also, that intake manifold looks VERY familiar. I sold one just like that years ago. I even placed the sticker in the same location.
  4. It's an 3D printed ABS panel made for SpeedHut 2-5/8 revolution gauges (as shown). I took lots of measurements, modeled it up, printed it at a local print shop then cut out a matching hole in the stock panel. It'll eventually get bonded in place and painted when I'm happy with it. It probably needs tweaking again before I make it permanent. I made another panel to adapt the Vintage Air controls to the console opening where the choke light, antenna and rear defrost used to be - none of which work in my car anyway.

    Gauge Panel - 2

  6. I made some progress on my gauge panel. Living near Houston, AC is a must but radios are optional.
  7. I'd be interested in this too. Right now, I'm looking at designing a panel that replaces the heater controls and radio with 3 2-5/8" gauges at the correct angle for proper viewing. The problem is...I've been thinking about it for a LONG time
  8. I rebuilt my LSD R200 (twice - don't ask ). Bearings alone cost me almost $400 from Nissan and some are becoming difficult to find here in the states.
  9. Ooh, I missed where you said the bypass is still connected. Tony is absolutely correct, "USE THAT!"
  10. I think you answered your own question: "Old Heater hose in back of block>>Turbo>>old heater hose in front of block"
  11. Hi Yasin! We've met before. I sold you a set of swastika wheels. That is a clean, good looking classic bike you got there. My Propel Advanced SLR with with SLR full carbon wheels (different than pictured), carbon bidon cage, Ultegra pedals, Fizik saddle, etc. weighs 17.1 lbs. Test drive a good carbon bike and you'll be amazed at how light and smooth ride. A lot of people choke on the price but it's well worth it if you can afford it. I usually ride with the Space City Cycling Club here in Clear Lake. You should join us.
  12. It's all good...it's not so much what you ride as how you ride it. Anybody that can out sprint or climb me on a Huffy or any other bike definitely has my respect
  13. Seems I'm going the opposite way. I'm buying more bikes and spending more time on them than the car. I'm totally addicted to suffering on the bike lol!

  16. I purchased an adapter that was meant for mustang guys to relocate their AIC. I forget the name of the vendor but you can google "mustang AIC adapter" and a bunch of them will come up. Here is the AIC valve I used. http://forums.hybridz.org/gallery/image/32739-img-20151003-091031/ And the adapter: http://forums.hybridz.org/gallery/image/32740-img-20151003-091010/ I tapped my manifold for a 1/2" NPT to 5/8" hose barb and ran a short hose over to this adapter then put a filter on the intake end. I'll try to get a picture of the installed parts when I get a chance.
  17. Thanks, that's good to know. I usually start mine straightaway so I bet that is the problem.
