  1. Eiji from datsun spirit has bumper conversion brackets for the rear as well.
  2. You can also try banzai motor works http://www.zzxdatsun.com/catRequests.php
  3. I paid $300 bucks for mine from my nissan dealership. No sense of messing around adjusting a aftermarket fender to correct fitment.
  4. it looks like your flares are mounted too high
  5. The os giken engine swap... If i never wasted money on my previous 10 project car, would have been totally attainable.... Or if i chose not to have a girlfriend. Lol
  6. What size rims are you running? I have the same brakes but my 16" wats don't fit. Sorry its off topic... I think the 280z brake bosters are bigger and the 280z 2+2 boosters are even bigger, but with that one, you may run into clearance problems with the clutch m/c
  7. Importreplacementparts.com thats where i got mine. Cheapewt i found with free shipping
  8. Here a simple bolt on solution http://www.datsunstore.com/product_info.php/pName/brake-proportioning-valve-adjustable-kit-7383/cName/brake-and-clutch-z-brake-parts
  9. has anyone tried these? Never heard of these guys before. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/DATSUN-240Z-AND-260Z-KIT-ADJUSTABLE-LOWER-CONTROL-ARMS-AND-TC-RODS-/230718206002?hash=item35b7e07032#ht_500wt_1413
  10. duh!!! how did i miss that!! thanks...
  11. I have a opportunity to buy a 45mm header but is it too small for a 3.2L stroker L series motor? Or would 48mm headers be more suited?
  12. I ended up getting both front and rear extreme brake set ups. Front brakes are from a cobra mustang and the rears are from camaro/firebird/c4 corvette. I chose this route because its simple and uses parts that are readily available..except for the rotors. Unfortunately, i'm months away from installing them so no real reviews can be given until then
  13. I ordered some stuff from him about 1.5 weeks ago. He didn't mention anything about shutting down. Unless he was planning to take my money and dissappear.
  14. hi,looking for the plastic housing where the heater core sits inside. not sure what its called. 260z and 280z are the same so either one will do. i do not need the heater core or the heater control valve that is attached to it. all plastic hinges and flaps must be damage free. Hoping that your willing to ship to canada as well.
  15. i emailed dave from arizona z 2 weeks ago and he says the park brakes aren't available for another few months.... Hmm.. maybe things changed? Maybe i should ask him again. 1 tuff z: Do you mind sharing where to source the pieces for mm kit? Were you able to source stuff like replacement rotors? I think the brake calipers are cobra mustang stuff, so that's not too difficult to find parts for.
  16. I would too, go for the arizona brakes if it had a parking brake function( i know its in the works, but its been over a year now). Where i live, a line-lock or a wheel chock will not pass safety. I know people have been having difficulty with ross from modern motorsports this past year, but there is a good reason to that. But its not my position to answer that. anyways, back to the topic. Anyone have experience with the mm stuff?
  17. http://www.modern-motorsports.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=60_61&products_id=55 Can anyone give me reviews on them? I like these because it retains the stock e-brake setup.
  18. ^ sorry, a bit off topic... but where can i get one of those really wide rear view mirror like yours?
  19. There was a huge snowstorm that knocked the power out of his area for a week. I think he got it back on sunday. Might want to give him some time to get stuff straightened out
  20. My mistake. I need a driver side door. Not passenger.
  21. hi, I'm looking for the passenger door for a 260z. I don't need any of the internals, shell is all i need. Door must be in good shape with little to no previous bodywork done. Lower door edge must be close to rust free as possible. I live in canada, so i'm hoping someone is willing to ship! I will pay a fair amount for the right part! Let me know what you got!
  22. Yup. I bought mine from yahoo auction japan for quite the money. When i think back, i should have just got the cheaper and more common chrome oem mirrors and coated them with plasti-dip.
  23. Best bet is to buy some OEM flares. The maroon car is rhd so I'm assuming its a jdm and came that way from the factory. I see them for sale once in a while on japan yahoo auctions. Sorry this isn't much help. Ive never seen oem flares in person
