  1. I was pulling 1.59--1.63s on Mickey T ETS. I was pulling 12.5s at 112 to 113 with a 2800 stall before with 1.8s and 9s on the 60. Once I changed to the 3500 stall I picked up almost 3 tenths on the 60 and 2 more down the strip but lose mph a little because of the slippage of the convertor. If I lock it in third it will run a 112 but times do not increase...so 11.9 12.00 all day consistent. Just wondered if i went tunnel ram dual quad with my cam would do. I run the XR282HR with AFR 190s. Thinking to going XR288 with a 383 upgrade when I get back to Texas. Maybe that tunnel ram setup would work good with that. I really like the look you have. Looks like a blower but not!!
  2. Wow that setup looks awesome. MInd if I ask what cam your running and heads? I wonder if I would benefit from a tunnel ram? Looks awsome. Terry
  3. Those stacks look awesome out the hood!!!! Good job......
  4. Guys, with my experience, the alchohol carbed cars that ran in San Angelo didnt use a radiator or a water pump on thier cars. Alchohol burns alot colder than gas. I rememebr the intakes being ice cold to the touch at times. I dont know about street action but you def need one if you ran gas as we all know. Interesting... Terry
  5. HAHAHAHAHAHA...thats funny Prox! I hate mine too......especially when it strands me somewhere...
  6. This is true. The Toyota Estima here in Japan has a HYBRID emblem already. I need to get it priced this weekend. Terry
  7. Yep! Me too...Push, twist works everytime. Dont forget to put a quart of fluid in the TC before bolting it up....
  8. Very nice!!! Just to let ya know you will feel a little difference in the steering since theres more weight up there. Not really much but its definately noticeable. I really need to swap out my 396 for a 454 block someday as well!!! Cant wait to see the times etc.... Terry
  9. Brian I just got back from the NISSAN Dealer. The part numbers you gave me are valid but NISSAN's onhand qty is ZERO for all. They also said they do not make these anymore and will not stock. However, he did give me an after market parts place down the street from NISSAN that might have. They are not open on the weekends so Ill have to check on Columbus day. Hey where did you get the webpage from with prices. Why dont you give me that website you got the pics off of and just pay and have them sent to me and then Ill forward via USPS. I could order from here once I know a price and you could send the bucks even....let me know. Hey has anyone thought of buying the Hakosuka front headlight grill and molding it into the Z front and filling in the headlights? Can someone photoshop that? Might be a rad project. Let me see if My Son will photoshop it for me. Terry

  16. It may be easier to convert an OPEL GT. Look at the lines here in the link I provided. The front is half way there already and the other lines are very close. Just a little smaller but a V8 will fit easy like this one has. This car is from my hometown of which I have raced before. Beat her time with a 150 shot. http://pic20.picturetrail.com/VOL83/533777/2829352/95335299.jpg Terry
  17. Just thought....the 2000GT has a little Jag in it, a little opel in it, a little Corvette (C3) in it, and a little Z. What a combo as I love all those cars. Terry
  18. Man that is nice and those guys have way too much money to burn. I am trying to put in pop up lights in to my GNose some how. There was a Z in Okinawa in the 80s that had them and it look cool as hell. They were a little square type panels that flipped up when lights were turned on. I wonder what the best headlight assembly to use would be. Ill have to research. I think RX7 is too big. May have to fabricate something with a smaller square light housing. Terry
  19. I got some more cool sites to browse for my Z brothers and sisters!!! http://www1.odn.ne.jp/yooopage/hakosuka.html http://www.bikoworks.jp/ http://plaza.rakuten.co.jp/hakosukahiroba/ http://www.auto-classica.jp/fp-shokukata_45y4d.htm http://www.funkygoods.com/gc10/index.html AND OFCOARSE SOME OF OUR BELOVED Zsss http://www.ne.jp/asahi/club/s30/ http://www5a.biglobe.ne.jp/~s30/ http://www1.linkclub.or.jp/~submarin/fairlady2.html http://www.nismo.co.jp/M_SPORTS/entertainment/z_viewer2006/index.html http://www.nissan.co.jp/COMPASS/GALLERY/FAIRLADY-STORY/S30/index.htm That should keep ya busy for awhile...
