I actually like how far they stick out haha. I want to cut the rear valance a little more so I can get a steeper angle on the pipes. I've had them on for a little over a year and I don't think they've gotten all that much louder...maybe I'm just going deaf

Yeah, after I wrote that I thought about it and it isn't SUPER crazy. I have a buddy who spent 3k on his M3's exhaust so it definitely isn't bad when compared to other high-end cars.

Very nice write-up and I liked looking at Chris's version as well. I have the MSA twice pipes and daily'ed the car for a year. If I didn't have sound deadening and an upgraded stereo I think it could have gotten old fast. It took a buddy of mine around 3.5 hours to install it...maybe a little less. You should get a clip up when you get a chance so we can hear it. Here's mine.

That's still bashing him. You don't know him and it sounds like you, personally, weren't "screwed over" by him so what you say has no merit. I can't say anything for the people that were supposedly "screwed over" but I know the guy, have met him, and made some hefty purchases through him all without a single glitch. This thread isn't about Justin or his reputation; it's about the molds he's selling. Got a problem with Justin, talk to him. Don't whine and complain about the guy if you haven't even done business with him.

I was actually in the audience for the filming of the first episode so I got to see the guys off camera and they definitely have personality OFF camera but the show is going to need time to set its roots and find an identity. Like cygnus said, there really isn't much else on tv and while I will always love the UK version more this is just something else to watch when I'm bored. Another thought, anyone remember just how terrible the first two seasons of the UK show were? Wayyyy worse than this premiere. The cinematography was horrendous

Sorry to hear that happened. Most guys in the snow belt get winter beaters so this type of stuff doesn't happen. What are the other specs on the car? Any mods? How many miles? There are a tonnnn of variables.
