Ok, it looks like the floor was sprayed with some type of undercoating and you can see over spray on the tie rod. I really hope that the underside was rust free when it was sprayed and that it isn't covering up rust. The frame rails appear to have some surface rust at least and in the last picture it looks like the floor was been repaired at one time but I can't comment on the quality of the job. Until you look at it and get into tearing it apart, you really can't tell from these pictures. Some of the surface rust may go way deeper...

It's nice that the owner is kind enough to take pictures of what needs to be seen. That being said, rust is probably going to be present in areas that can't be photographed. In some of those pictures it is hard to tell what could be under that black undercoating. Hopefully, it did its job and there is little to no rust hiding but you never do know. The paint looks pretty good from what I can tell and the wheels (while they aren't my taste) seem nice. The bumpers have nice chrome on them and the seats seem to have been reupholstered. What is the history of the car before this owner? It certainly seems straight
