    Yes that´s one good thing in Finland. Almost all of our houses have carbon fiber curing room.

    Front spoiler is now done. Now need decide if I paint it body color or black.

    No not yet bored, especially as there is still much more boost to be founded. But always need to think next step. M54B30 could indeed be good option. Those are cheap, have dual vanos, and as said have aluminium block. And I remember correctly this sump that I currently have fits to that engine. That engine combined with Rotrex could be nice combo. But next summer is going to be this old engine.

    That N52 or N54 would be nice modern 6 cyl option. Haven´t looked if some of those engines have rear sump, if not it is not as simple swap as this was. Im on the fence what to do next with engine. More displacement, turbo, more displacement+turbo, or totally different engine. European E36 M3 engine would be nice, too bad those are hard to find and quite expensive.

    Is is this one. http://www.thezstore.com/page/TZS/PROD/classic02a01g/50-1652 I ordered euro spoiler and because part is so big air freight to Finland would have been very expensive so I used ship freight instead. After waiting about 2-3 months it arrived but then I noticed they send me this Nismo-style spoiler instead. They would have send me new one but it would take another 2-3 months to arrive so I decided to keep this one and modify it. They gave me refund so can´t complain their customer service. I like it much more now when those air intake holes are removed but it is little bit too big for my taste. Need to see when it is painted do I keep it or not.

    Finally found time to finish fan shroud so radiator is ready to be installed. I cured that part in sauna. It made quite a bit difference to part stiffness. After that is was clear coated. I modified Nismo-style front spoiler. Now it fits quite well and atleast in my opinion it looks better. Now I need to make mold from it and manufacture new part.

    I dindn´t have gasket for my original rear view mirror so I modelled and printed it. After printing it was painted with rubber paint.

    Here is how I mounted 4" to original gauge pod. Just used 4 screws to hold gauge in place.

    I have 8.75x15 et19 in back. Tyre contacts just a little bit to coilover adjustment nut so I am using 5mm spacers (so final ET is now 14). My tyres are 225/50. This calculator shows that your wheels are 17mm closer to wheel arch than mine.     I fabricated new exhaust that replaces current 2.5". Its now 3" with two Dynamax mufflers. Also mounted larger intercooler and oil cooler for Rotrex. IC is treadstone and oil cooler is Setrab.

    I got this aluminium radiator to replace original. I also put Spal electric fan so original fan shroud would not fit. I modeled new shroud, machined mold and used carbon fiber to made new one. Still needs few layers of clear coat and it´s ready!

    I ended driving season this week. Drove little bit over 5000km in this summer and not a single problem. Attended few drag racing events and best time was 12.99@178kmh. Those were at airfield so traction was not so good. For next summer there is not going to be much changes. Little bit more boost, better intercooler and larger exhaust. For outside I bought original mirror to replace that plastic one and Euro-style front spoiler.     Heres how I modified my tank. It fits to original place and seems to work fine. That Speedhut fuel sender did not work with E85 so I needed to change it to sender with float.

    I made small modification to exhaust pipe. Previously I had chambered single outlet muffler and I changed it to twin tip straight-through muffler. Like looks and sound with this one!

    Went to dyno yesterday. There was 360hp/420nm and that was only with 0.4bar. I am quite happy with results as boost pressure was so low. So there is much improvement available with smaller charger pulley. Also that 2.5" exhaust is too small so I need to do it again.     Thanks! I quess my calculations were off because this only boosts about 0.5bar. I calculated that with this pulley boost pressure would be about 1 bar. Because pressure is so moderate there is not so big difference compared to NA engine. Well I can always change smaller pulley...

    I drove about 200km with NA engine and then it was time for oil change and installing supercharger. Still lots of small thing to be done but at least it is now drivable.     Fuel tank is now ready to be assembled. I did Por15 tank sealer treatment inside so hopefully it wont rust anymore. Pump is Walbro 450 E85 and I am using AEM high flow fuel filter.

    Now that engine work is done I had time to modify fuel tank. I wanted to use in-tank fuel pump, so needed to cut hole and weld that plate in place. Also made that bracket for Walbro 450 E85 fuel pump. That fuel pump bracket is going to be zink plated and inside of tank is going to be covered with Por15 fuel tank sealer.

    Here is final design of these brackets. These are going to be laser cutted from 10mm steel. Also ordered larger pulley to lower boost litte bit. However there seems to be some problems. That new pulley hits to that flange that is in front face of charger. In rotrex techinal drawing that flange height is 5mm and I have 8mm. So maybe this charger is older design, etc. However I think I need to machine 3mm off that flange to get enogh clearance.
