I bought this Turbo zx in kinda average to neglected shape. was black originally with tan leather, and converted to Silver with black interior, Also went from digital dash to analog. I hate digital dashes..... car was pretty much gutted within the first day of ownership......

Does anyone know where I can order " nice Plush 280zx floormats" ? I am looking for thick high quality mats maybe with the 280zx logo ,but I don't Have to have the logo. I am not looking for cheesy generic autozone or wally world cheap mats ... I want real nice mats... any suggestions would be nice....... Rob

I went thru that challenge not too long ago and it took 4 mechanics for one to figure out how they come out.. you push the know in and twist...it's that simple...

I just recently went thru this topic of Seats for my Zx. most of the no name knock off's copies of recaro type seats sold on ebay, Claiming to be leather are Not! they might look good from a distance but after closer inspection they are junk. just look at the prices and that should tell you something, ie.. 230 .00 for a pair of new seats? hummm......low quality is what youre getting. I did have a great experience from an ebay seller in Thailand, that was very honest and sells tons of real recaro's on ebay, and very affordable too! I purchased a pair of real Recaro's in mint condition for 450.00 plus 170.00 shipping. that's basically less than 700.00 including shipping for an excellent sport seat. and it even arrived 2 weeks ahead of his estimated 8 weeks for delivery... I personally like the "Clear" headlight covers, I have them on mine...however, I hate the tinted ones.....people don't realize how they cut more than 50% of your'e light output....

What a way to mess up a nice zx by rattle canning it......my two cents worth...

I am one of those that kinda wants the stock interior look as much as possible especially on the zx's radio's .....I have yet to see one after market radio installed in a zx that actually looks good to my taste. I like for it to look like it belongs there and not a bunch of space left on either side of the radio. that's why I have stuck with the factory digital one. we all know it sounds like crap, and all the other gremlins that come with these 30 year old radios. like not wanting to turn on or off for that matter...and so on...I actually had a friend that just passed away, replicate the face plate of the digital radio in brushed acrylic laser cut.. and it looks like factory. I am thinking of putting some high quality aftermarket speakers with the box that Nissan motor sports sells and a nice amp. does anyone have a similar set up that can chime in...thanks Rob
