  1. My exhaust stud kit. This kit is one of my best sellers. This kit is comprised of 11 10.9 grade exhaust studs with a knuckle in the center to stop the stud from burying itself in the head and a nipple on the tip that is hex keyed to ease the installation of the stud and to help start the specialized nuts. The 11 specialized nuts that come with the kit are copper coated to resist corrosion and for ease of installation. They are flanged for a larger surface contact area and pinched for a secure lock that will not vibrate loose. The quality is not skimped in any way so weigh in the price and it can't be beat.
  2. I would be more then happy to make your fuel rail for your project. I'm still making them, I just don't advertise very much, I have been hovering over hot machine tools making up prototypes of new parts. I love the lights in the front. Your project is coming along nicely and sounds mean. I bet you couldn't hear an elephant fart when you're hammering down on it....8o hahahahahhha
  3. R32 X-member and it bolt right in. To clear the hood I slotted the metal mounts where they meet the block and lowered the motor about another 3/8ths of an inch. I notched the SX tranny X-member cause I used the SX tranny. If I would have used the Z tranny it looks like it all would have bolt right in. Do you have MSN messanger, if so add me and we can talk about this in real time. pallnet@hotmail.com is my addy.
  4. Welcome to the club. So far it's just the 2 of us that I know of... I have to update my pics but take a look. http://album.hybridz.org/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=8736
  5. Well she's been sitting and this is kinda an old pic but she's still running and still looks the same.
  6. Sorry no updates. The car is running but I have to finish some gauge wiring and figure out what I will be doing about the front swaybar, it interfears with the oilpan.
  7. I have tried many different sealants before coming to the conclusion that JB Weld is the best for the job. It works awesome for sealing the threads and you can remove the fittings later on with no issues. Once the fittings are installed with the JB Weld leave em sit and do not move them, the seal will be made. There is a carmaker out there that uses the same substance for sealing just as I do so, it's not uncommon.
  8. You didn't tell me Ivo was back in town..
  9. They are allover Ebay. http://motors.search.ebay.com/?from=R40&satitle=gm+transmission+mount BTW, the urathane ones made by Energy suspension are a little taller/thicker and not recomended unless you have a way to lower the tranny X-member by about 1/4-1/8 of an inch. This one might put the U's in the driveshaft under some stress.
  10. Glad to have helped. Good luck.
  11. "On the barbed fuel rail I had bought from you a couple months ago (I haven't installed it yet), there's hose fitting near the center, aimed away from the injectors, that I thought was for the FPR. If it's not, what's that center fitting for?" Cold start injector.
  12. I'm 99% sure if they are made for the 7MGTE motor that they would work just fine with one of my 11mm rails and the stock L28 intake manifold.
  13. I'm not sure if I answered your email or not, I have answered quite a few lately. I'm around and still making rails, I can make what you want and you can order it directly from my site. Thanks.
  14. I don't know if this was noted already but the long nose R200 and the short nose R200 share the same 8 bolt diffy cover bolt pattern. This means the covers should swap over. This also means you should not need to redrill your mustache bar.
