  4. Hey guys.. I am currently in the market for a nice electric impact wrench... I currently own a Husky 1/2" pnuematic impact wrench that I believe drives 300 ft/lb.. which is plenty for breaking off most bolts on my car. Now.. hooking up the compressor is a major PIA.. so i am looking for a nice electric unit... cordless would be awsome.. Now harbour freight is selling some cheap 1/2" Electric Impact Wrenchs for $79 and delivers 280 ft/lb. I purchased a CORDLESS 18v 1/2" impact wrench today that delivers 150ft/lb for $39.99!!! which seems OOKKK I will try it out for a few days.. but some of the big companies like Home Depot sell 250ft/lb cordless units for $299! ouch! So I was curious.. what is a good recommended electric unit or TORQUE amount for a general automotive application. Cordless would be great for junkyards Ryan
  5. US turbo manifolds are easy to come by.. found on L28 turbo blocks from 1981-1983 EURO spec turbo manifolds are rare and have slip joints .. very cool stuff L24's and L26's have naturally aspirated exhuast manifolds.. and ofcourse NON turbo L28's

  9. could be! it is 10* F outside.. and have had 6 feet of snow in less than a month.. LoL but it only ticks after like a 5 mile drive.. and the engine warms up.. oil pressure is low at idle.. sitting at a stop light then tick tick tick tick
  10. Phil if you thought you had power with the n/a setup... your DEAD wrong.. the power difference from upgrading to megasquirt due to proper tuning was INCREDIBLE! congrats my man!
  11. $3800 back in 2003 brakes went out and spent $500 a week later
  12. Thank you Jeff, Tony and Mike! honestly.. after comparing everything.. I LOVE Mike's cam setup... its a bit more agressive than the Elgin cam specs Jeff posted and more agressive than Schnieders Do you guys think it would match up my turbo? Holset HY35W Turbine Housing 9 cm2 = 0.65 A/R Turbine Wheel = 70mm dia (60mm exducer) Compressor Wheel = 54mm inducer Choke point = 29psi
