it's a DSM (Eclipse) BOV.. they have a stock setting of what... 10-14psi?! you need to CRUSH the top to allow more boost or it will leak.. unfortunatly the puppy is too tight now .. and you are having compressor surge.. but damn I love that noise

no.. the command valve adjusts the variable vain technology if I recall. but I dont know for sure.. worth a shot to do some research

yeh it was a bad HEI unit.. and I forgot to ground the base of the new HEI unit.. yes it had a ground wire, but I guess the base of the HEI needs to be grounded too! Nice!! Phil why didnt you try the Megasquirt Boost Controller?! its costs $24 and it uses a boost map.. so depending on RPM you can select how much boost you want to run.

How about Megasquirt for PSP! (playstation portable)

um.. boost by 2,300-2,500 RPM?! with a HY35w??! what the thats not right.. in what gear?! My boost comes in around 3,100 rpm in 4th gear... but full boost by 3,800 RPM.. please share your fuel/spark maps.. because Holy crap I want that

on this note.. I am trying to hook up the Innovate LC1 to the Megasquirt unit... If i hook up the wiring directly MS reads the proper AFR according to my guage.. but I am supposed to install an in-line 1/4watt 1k resistor?! Well with the resistor inline.. Its all screwy and the readings are WAY off ** EDIT - ahh.. i need a 1/4 watt 470 ohm! not 1k!

are the bad dog frame rails stainless steel?! any problems welding these rails to the steel underbody using a mig?! If it is stainless do I have to use gas? or can I use a stainless wire flux?!

you need to configure 1) Innovate to give out a 0-5v signal 2) megasquirt to read a 0-5v signal I told you megasquirt tuned is a whole new car.. its incredible
