  1. Hi All. I was just wondering what the flow rates were for the L28 turbo oil pumps (both manual and auto). Do they flow more than the Nissan Motorsport High Volume oil pump (9.6 GPM at 3000rpm)? Would the High Volume oil pump be overkill for my setup? My friend and I are building a turbo stoker L28 and are thinking of running a GT35R. Thanks in advance for the help!

  5. My friend and I are building a stroker turbo engine for my 240z. He recommended I get a throttle body between 70mm to 95mm for my application, so I recently purchase a 90mm Q45 TB. Is a 80-90mm TB really an overkill to use on a custom intake manifold for a stroker turbo application? The 80-90mm throttle bodies are being used on Skyline, Supra, and 300ZX motors in Japan. I've heard of SR20s using them also.
  6. Hi Jersey. Just wondering what the 2k included. Was that for a new unit, you sending in your existing case, or for them just sending you the kit? Also, was that including the overdrive and upgraded mainshaft, or just for the 1st 4 gears? I am really interested in doing this for my T5 as well. Maybe if we get more people, we can get a group discount? (thinking pretty positive here ). Thanks!
  7. Another RX-7 injector you can use is from the 1984-85 GSL-SE. They only came with 2 injectors, but they are 680cc/ea., low impedence injectors.

  12. Hi Juan. I'm interested in the rear 4 lug setup also. Any word on how much the set will cost (anodized black hats, brackets, and hardware)? Also, when do you think an e-brake adapter will be completed? Will the rear setup clear 15" rims just like the front setup? Thanks Juan. Looking forward to getting another one of your products! -Eric

  15. Sorry Dale, I had to get them ! Eiji (the guy I bought them from) was really cool and always sells good stuff. Where'd you get yours? Are they the same type (+15mm offset)? As for the center caps, I have no idea where to get them . Did those rims even come with center caps? I searched the internet for all the available pictures of the rim (65 pages worth on google), and every single picture I found never had a center cap. Oh well. Looks good without them though. -Eric
  16. Great looking wheels Dale. I was lucky enough to get the same rims on ebay last month (15x7 with +15mm offset). They came off of a 280z from Japan and I got them for $800. Just need to clean them up, and repaint the centers, other than that...I love em! -Eric
  17. I appreciate the advice. I just wanted to get great power through all rpms. I will get all the goods (emgine management, intercooler, injectors, etc.) regardless if it will be a stroker or not, I just wanted to see if I will be getting better results with a stroked engine with the same turbo mods, without sacrificing reliability. It'll be an entire engine tear down and build (forged pistons, etc.) and my friend (builds race and rally engines for a living) and I should start working on it within the next few month. Once again, thanks for the great advice!
  18. If I run coilovers, roll the fenders, and go with 15"x7" or 16"x7" rims with +15mm offsets (possibly 215 or 225 tires), would I run into any problems (rubbing, etc.)? If I plan on going with 16x8 (front) and 16x9 (rear), what offset should I go with then? Thanks all!
  19. Hi All. I'm building an L28et and was wondering if I should build a turbo stroker or concentrate my efforts on other areas (individual throttle bodies, etc.)? I will be getting an engine management system, T3/T4 hybrid, intercooler, etc. This will be a daily/weekend driver (more towards weekend) and I'm looking for lots of power, with reliability in mind! Thanks!
