260 2+2s have 3:36 R200s. I pulled one a few months ago out of a manual 260Z 2+2.

280ZXT 2+2s came in both manual and auto trannies. If you're swapping the entire setup (motor, T5 tranny, T-5 driveshaft, and 3.545 diff) over to your 2-seater NA 280ZX, then you'll most likely need to shorten the driveshaft...or if the 280ZXT in the pnp is a 2-seater and has the T-5, pull that T-5 driveshaft.

I don't think the RB20DET tranny can mate with the VG motor (without mods or a tranny adapter plate). It should mate to the RB26 block but it won't handle as much power as the RB25DET or AWD tranny.
