  1. Do you mean 88-89 turbo Z31, z32 (turbo and NA), and RB25DET skylines?
  2. I believe he's saying the kit accepts all hubs (S13/S14/Q45/Z32TT). I believe the kit includes (or is an option) shortened axles to match the particular hubs/diff/axles you have (use the existing CVs, etc. from your existing axle).
  3. rudypoochris: Z32TT hubs are stout. I believe the 280Z stub axles are 27 spline (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and the Z32TT/Q45 hubs are 32 spline. Check out this thread: http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=100758&highlight=z32+spline Gabriel Tyler: Any progress on the kit? (when it will be available, etc.)
  4. Paul, 3102-69 is for the 4-bolt short nose R200V (Q45 diff, NA Z32 diff), while 3102-42 is for the 6-bolt short nose R230V.
  5. Contact Dave (Zs-ondabrain on Classiczcars.com) at wolfin32z@yahoo.com. He's done a few 240z taillight LED conversions and one 260z taillight LED conversion...He does a great job. Here's a link to his thread: http://classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20862
  6. IIRC there is a late 260Z or 280Z in "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka"...the scene where there's a shooter on the roof.
  7. Your diff could be from an NA 300ZX. Those have short nose R200s with 5 bolt flanges (ebay pic below): http://i10.ebayimg.com/05/i/000/9e/d7/daec_1.JPG Here's a pic of the Z32TT R230 (speeder's pic below): http://rick.thebowersplace.com/pix/230Setup.JPG
  8. The Z32 NA and TT manual transmissions have the same/similar internals to the RB25DET manual tranny...the RB25DET wasn't available until the Skyline R33 (GTS-T). The Kameari ad says "Skyline GTS (R32)". There were a few different R32 GTS models available, so it could either be an RB20DE, RB25DE or RB20DET (not sure if all three differ from each other or not, or which US model transmissions they are similar to). I remember reading that the Silvia transmissions (SR20DET S13/S14) internals are the same/similar to the KA transmissions. Check out this thread that talks about the RB20, RB25, and SR trannies (also includes a link to Dave's SR to L tranny swap writeup): http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=111094&highlight=sr%2A Hope that helps.
  9. I have a spare collar (new). If anyone is interested, send me a PM.
  10. I'm Eric from Harbor City. I'm a Cancer and enjoy long walks on the beach hehe jk
  11. What differential ratio are you running?
  12. Thank you very much kcelectronics! All I could find before were the torque specs for an RB26, which were pretty close (46 - 52 Nm)...I figured it would be about the same, but I appreciate the confirmation.
  13. Anyone know what the torque specs are for the RB30 main bearing caps? Thanks.
  14. I have an early 71' (series 1) and will check fitment when I get the mounts. Austin, are you sure you have a series 1 chassis? Series 1s usually have the vented hatch (no quarter panel vents) and the circular holes in the rear like below.
  15. I just sent the check out today for 3 units
  16. Stealth-Z made the write-up. Here's the link to his PDF: http://www.fairladyzg.com/PDF/PullToPushConv.pdf
  17. Where did you get the cheap intercooler from Stony?
  18. Agreed...those prices are ridiculous
  19. For the diff, You probably got a confused cashier that is trying to give you the price from axle to axle (both axles + differential).
