    I want some.........my aunt used to make "afterburner jam" with habaneros, jalepenos, and some other chili she grew. It was very aptly named.

    I had the same problem a couple of years ago and it turned out that my MAF was clogged so the car couldn't breath. Get some MAF cleaner from an auto store and clean the bejeezus out of it. There's also a sensor in there, either a nub or a wire/filament on the intake side that if it's broken, opens a world of problems.

    I don't care if it's some inbred melon-head that wants it, everything has a price. As far as the tornado goes, on a stock intake, it helps with fuel economy, not horsepower. Had one on my 89 camry that I sold.
