A while ago I was telling my dad that if I didnt have the 280zxt motor I would want to go with a 350V8. So today he offered to trade the turbo motor for a 350 SBC (or a 305 if thats all thats available). He wants to keep his 2+2 all Nissan and so now my Z will have a V8. With a 5 speed of course The engine will be a fuel injected Z28 motor or something like it, Im not a big fan of carbs. V8 BABY Whoohoo I never thought he would let me put a V8 in the Z

You'll also need to get a fuel tank and fuel system off of a injected 280Z. Plus a 280zxt fuel pump

It got here on Monday, I paid $88 on ebay for a new Spyder Victor 2, mask, 12oz tank, o-rings, tools. The gun comes with a crappy 9" barrel so I got a Demon 14" sniper barrel. Its no Teardrop but it shoots very accurately, especially for 15 bucks. It comes stock with a front grip, and drop forward. Ive only played two games with it but I love it. I just polished my striker and lightened the stock bolt so that should give me a few more FPS. heres the new barrel vs the old one, the stock one is really loud and innaccurate. Have you done the 280zx rear disc conversion yet? The brakes in out zxt parts car the brakes were much better then in the 1st gen Z's. Plus the kit is only $150 if you have the brakes already.

I have the urethane ones on mine, it seems easier to turn at rest then without. Its worth it just for getting rid of the slop

Do you think some of those 7" truck rollbar HID lights would work? I remember they used a lightbar with 4 lights on it and dont think it was extremely expensive.

Look at BlueovalZ's car, he did it all himself so I think its possible if you have a lot of time and the tools. I love the turn signals and that hood is secks

I have been very happy with my cheap $299 Samsung SCD103 Mini-DV. The picture quality is very good ( I have also used $1200 mini Dv shoulder units at school and the quality is almost as good) I love my firewire card, I got mine for $20 and it works great, the software that comes with it is nice too, MUCH better then Windows Movie Maker. BTW can you use VCD format on a normal CD or do you need a DVD burner?
