Would a NA hi compression RB26 with nitrous be able to produce the same HP (or close) to a turbo car? I have always like the look of the rb series converted to NA with triple carb setup.
I had the same problem back in the day. Turns out the gas that sat in my injectors over the winter evaporated leaving a film over the screen in the injectors. once i removed and cleaned it started right up. The way i found this out was i sent the injectors off to be checked and they flowed very poorly some didn't flow at all. all the injectors shop did was replace the screen and they all flowed great.
I found it. It's in an excel format. I cant post to the file upload because of that. if anyone is using SDSEFI and want what my map was with stock injectors email me at the above address and i will send it to you. Should be a good start if i remember correctly it dynoed at 350 rwhp at 12 psi i think.
Not sure why the sound quality sucks so bad in this but here is a video of the car running with the new AEM series 2.
once i figured out a bunch of little bugs and put a new set of plugs in it actually running really good now. still need to figure out the accel pump settings because it goes lean and stalls whenever i punch it. think i will leave that for the tuner ;>
Its idling at about 1200 RPM.
I'm going to try eventually, I have a mid plate that mounts to the frame rails and it pretty much blocks off any passage for exhaust. right now it passes out the firewall just behind the left front tire.

If they fit why did you go with the top mount custom manifold? Were there other problems with fitment maybe with a downpipe? Im considering this to move all the hot stuff away from stuff that dosnt need to get hot ;>
Dont think this has been covered. Other then the premade kits, what turbos will bolt up to the rb26 exhaust manifolds. Pics of the turbos installed would be awesome. Whats the biggest you have ever seen on stock manifolds?
Well the engine compartment is back together for what i hope is the last time before heading to the dyno.
My wife bought the oil cap for Xmas last year. Initially i was like there is not way that's gonna fit.. but was quite happy when it did. really make it look better!!!
Are you not going to be able to just adjust the harness? Did you get a name of the person that told you that it would all work together? If you do actually have to redo the harness i'd give yury a call at wiring specialties. He is actually running an AEM system on a rb setup. If i had my old harness I'd send it to you... i wanna see this beast running!!!
