  4. How much oil pressure does it have?? unplug 1 cylinder at a time, Rev to try and hear noise like you were in the video. Generally, but not always if it's rod knock it will quiet down some or go away Completly when you find the trouble some cylinder

  9. You blow the manifold apart? I welded a throttle flange on mine just like you did except I gutted the ITBs and kept them in the mix for runner length.

  14. How do you like that intake manifold? I'm sick and tired of tuning ITB's with 2000cc injectors. Does it seem to have any different power band characteristics? I have the same manifold now but i'm using it with the OEM ITBS, just kinda nervous about how short the runner length is if i were to copy what you did. Did you ever flow it like you had mentioned?
  15. Z32 NA/TT and all RB25/RB26 trannies share the same ratios ( except the getrag)
  16. I've had 3.69 4.08 4.10 and 4.63 3.69 is WAY to long car would do like 140MPH in 3rd gear!! 4.63 was a bit aggresive for the street but i didn't hate it.. (until i broke the pinion) I'm using Richmond 4.10's now, they are good all around for an RB25 geared car. I think i would rather have a 4.30ish gear though IMO that would be perfect.. however i keep breaking R200's
  17. It could be as simple as a piece of carbon stuck under the valve... a leakdown should be done to pinpoint the issue... or just pull the head and fresh up the engine anyways..

  22. Yes i have seen it, however he's still not using a factory oiling setup.. hes running external pickup.. I personally think he has something plugged off thats not supposed to be, or something in the block itself isn't right, or his current oiling setup is a miss, maybe its sucking air etc.. theres something major thats wrong if its ******* bearings in less than an 1 hour. I hope he knows that the main bearings are different and not all the same.. but ALL of his problems started prior to any of this.. Its hard to speculate whats wrong with what he's got going on when none of us are in front of it.. If it were mine, it wouldn't have gone back together until i knew i found the issue..
  23. Why not use a normal oiling setup? Rips used a Wet sump setup with a Tomei pump for a long time.
