I followed the thread mchong75 posted on another board. My silver 240z was in transit around that time so his post really got my attention My car arrived with no damages despite having very little ground clearance and a front airdam. I had a great driver though. Delivered the car right to my driveway. The guy's name was Vasily. Young guy who immigrated from Russia. Chatted with him for about 45 minutes. Loves America. He told me to call him directly if I ever needed another car shipped. His company is called Express Auto Shipping, not to be confused with Direct Express Auto Transport, the company that acted as the broker. The only thing they did well was assign my car to a good trucker. Completely opposite to the way my other car shipping experience worked out. In that one the trucker was a...well not very good, but the broker had decent customer service. In that move the PO had to load the car on the trailer and I had to unload it because the trucker was just incompetent.
Maybe there should be a thread with car shipping stories?
Anyway to the OP, like I said on the other thread...what they did to your car sux and I hope they make it right.
