got it, let me know whats going on, as I have a few stock 280zx fpr's lying around, nothing special, but they worked, and your not too far away and atleast one of them worked well on my Z.

I don't know too much about the 240 lines, but I know they are smaller. I also don't know about the 2222 msd, but I had a 2225 MSD and it worked great, it would pump 100psi all day long. Can be had for 100 online. Might be able to get it at autozone.

If you decide to sell it, let me know, I've been considering building a plenum for a base setup, but my welding class just ended.

I wouldn't mind just a base line idea of what people in similar conditions are running, that way I can go buy some jets.

Would tuning on this setup be somewhat universal, seeing as how its under boost, or would I tune it for weather conditions, and then do the boost thing?

Goto your local true value and in the auto section they have unicoils. Its a coiled spring with a backbone and will also keep the hose from kinking under a severe bend.

I don't have any room for a parts car either, if not I wouldn't mind picking up a fairlady. But my parents have problems with one Z, that isn't a parts car.

does anybody know where I can buy a 4bbl carb adapter plate like this? I found one other on ebay for a VW.

O yah, after bringing the police to the shop, I was told I could never come back on the property. So I don't think I could picket.

Hey Mike, how much is it to goto small claims in VA, I've talked to a few people, and they said its not that bad, but I think its more or less a "I know a guy, who knows a guy" who went to small claims type thing. This argument between me and the shop has gotten me more heated then most things have in my life. I believe I am going to pursue this. This shop was the only shop that I actually recomended people to, this is the only shop I ever trusted with my cars, but the only time I bring the Z, I get screwed. This is not the first shop to do something like this. With my 280zx, a shop truck backed into my quarter panel the morning of the day I was supposed to pick it up. They didn't call me to tell me, they waited till I got dropped off there, and I walked in and said I wasn't satisfied, so they told me the story, Then I had to find a way home, because I was told the car was ready and my ride had left. I told them that I needed a car to drive since mine was gonna be repaired. "Your underage, we can't loan you a vehicle" I asked if they could loan my parents a vehicle, and I could use one of there cars, but they weren't obligated to do so for a minor. I had planned to take them to court, but being a minor I couldn't do so without my parents. Didn't help much seeing as how my parents were friends with the shop owner, so they wouldn't help. On top of all of that when I finally got my car back, they did a horrible job at fixing it. It was straight and true, but they didn't fix the imperfections around the area, and just painted over the rust bubble and dents. Its not so much the money, its the principal of the thing. If I lose money(granted its not too much) then I lose. If I win, I win. But I'll definitly get my point across to this guy, and he'll loose time and maybe money just the same by going to court.

Would it still be he said/she said if I have proof that the car was origanally undamaged. Or is it something they'll most likely through out as not being a dated picture, even though the trailer serial number is in the picture.

Is the SK piece more like the type 1 or type 2 hks? Front mount inlet, or side mount inlet?

so they HKS piece is meant to be non-intercooled, I assume? The intake for the plenum is at the bottom where the turbo would be. Where as the cartech piece has a frontal intake. Am I correct in thinking this? Whats makes the cartech piece garbage?

I only have liability on the car for right now, would my insurance company still do an estimate?

I tried going to the court yesterday, and asked about the time limit I have to file the claim after the deed was done. They said it was a legal question that could not be answered unless I talked to an attorney.

So I can randomly request a jury. Will it be granted automaticly, or is it a shot in the dark where its up to the court system weather or not they will grant a jury?

Either you've been through this many times, or your a lawyer. Keep it coming, this is extremely helpful.

I've run the MSD 2225 and it works great, a bit load, but it doesn't bother me, atleast I know its running.
