    Bump. Can JY radiators be trusted, or is it a gamble? Which cars other than the late 60's Camaro's have good radiators? Do any of them have alluminum radiators? Taurus Radiator??? Thanks!

    No. I have sold multiple 87-89 finned covers on ebay for around $65 everytime. Ironically now I need a finned cover, since I am doing a powerbrute into an N/A R200. PS. There is a brand new finned diff cover on Ebay for $80 right now with 6 days auction remaining. That is much too high imho. But I guess the same people who pay $1k for a two pinion r190 would pay $80 for a new vs old finned cover.

    I was under the impression that short nose R200 covers do not bolt to longnose r200's... Am I wrong?

    I didn't know the Broncos and F-150's were rear sump, I know 73 Ford cans were. There shouldn't be a reason why that does not work. Tell us your results!

    Can anyone comment on how well the Taurus radiator cools a V8? I have the 3-speed taurus fan, and I am searching for a radiator. Should I just go for generic brand 24"X19" or can the Taurus radiator cool a hot V8? It sure would be alot easier to not come up with a brand new fan mounting system. Thanks!

    I would try soaking and then using a turkey baster or something to force the fluid through. I have not done this yet though, so I can't speak first hand.

    Also it depends if the unit is a 2-pinion or a 4-pinion. The buyer of that R190 on Ebay contacted me when I noted in my R200 auction that the R190 could be a 2 pinion design where as the R200 LSD is always a 4-pinion. Anyway, check if it is 2 or 4.

    Im sure the cop tells everyone they have an SR20DET. Either way you got to go to a referee probably and they will inspect it all... Right?? Atleast I thought that is how it works.

    Seriously guys... I already took care of this a year ago. I paid the fine. I did not go to traffic school because I had gone within the past 18 months at the last time. I have not got a ticket since, for those that care, mainly because I haven't been speeding.

    Next time you start getting oil on the driveway just put some kitty litter on the spots, grind it in with your feet, and wash away the next day. Thats what my girlfriends dad does and it works pretty well.
