is this a sard tank? i can build it no problem, but i cant seem to find a lid like that. i dont have any milling equipment or i would attempt to make my own lid

mack, i think this was a one time run, i plan on using a steel freeze plug and tigging a steel an bung on it... i would assume you can do the same

did you cut your stock diff front mount and use the bushing caps like that or what?

sorry to bring up the dead, but would it hurt to run 10 an feed and a 10 an return? i hear some stories of surge tanks splitting due to rising pressure. ie not big enough return. is there any downside to using a big return line?

i have one of those prc ones with the oil cooler... should i put a drain on the oil cooler too?

they can also add an led to the RPM if you want a check engine light or whatever

im gonna find a steel freeze plug and tig a fitting to it. if it works i can make some, but im not at that point yet. anyone know the size of that plug off hand?

if they are not available, would there be any downside to me just tigging a bung in this location? anyone see any reason not to do that?

ok, but just to be clear, i can ditch that hard line that runs from the front of the car (charcoal, number 9 in this pic) http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9503&d=1128801645 so i will endup with something like this, but with the pictured line running from the tank back to the charcoal canister blocked off. http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=9504&d=1128801645

i am removing my fuel lines on my 240z (feed, return, and the other small one that goes from the drivers side to the rear under the fuel cap). do i need to keep this small one to the fuel cap?. i see you removed it but what if you have a full tank in the summer. i know my plane weeps like a mo on hot days.... but i dont know what this hose is for either...

ahh great thanks just wanted to see the inside of that thing before i plasma cut it -
1972 240z with R33 rb26 and R34 rwd box, mckinney kit. trying to get the speed sensor to clear the passenger trans mounting tab. i saw some pictures where someone notched it but for the life of me i cant find it again. i plan on using an electric speedo. so if there is another way lets hear it. thanks

well pretty much all the lines on this thing are crushed to all hell. i was hopeing someone that has upgraged their turbos had the stock water and oil lines. i know this isnt the classified section but if you could let it hang out here for a few that would be great. thanks lee

where can i find a clear cam cover? i am being told they are discontinued... also, how much room do you have between your ATI crank pulley and your fan? i need to know if i can fit a shroud or not. my radiator isnt hear yet. also if your center valve cover emblem is available ill take one
