  1. well i changed gears and started tinkering on the gt mod tank, got that all plumbed up and went to throw away a few trimings and low and behold there was a 90 degree rubber radiator hose that one of the other guys had to trim off. i nabbed it and although this paticualr one willnt work because the one leg needs to be about an inch longer but i can find another one, i think i can just put a regular radiator hose over these male bungs, the hell with it. i know i can put these earls fittings in the mill and mill them down and use a crimp colar which will allow for another 2 inches or so of hose, but still thats only like 3-3.5 inches of hose... ehhhhhh i think not. what do you guys think about just putting a regular radiator hose 90 and 2 hose clamps over the bungs. i think it will be fine. maybe put a bead of silicone on the threads and slip on the hose if anything. maybe i can make a beer bong out of these fittings ahahah
  2. its a database of people who knew what theirs came from basicly. gee that link didnt last long at all.. the website was easier to read
  3. come help me. i cant even get a damn radiator hose to work. if you put your hand on any part of my engine bay i can tell you something i had to modify on it. litterally. its getting old.
  4. did you figure this one out? i need to mount my temp and pressure sensors (mainly the pressure). i cant seem to figure out which is best for the pressure sensor. BTW the oil pressure is 1/8 bspt i am going to drill and tap my plugs for sensors. i got (2) 1/8 npt to 1/8 bspt from mcmaster for 5 bux each so i can keep everything 1/8 for when i upgrade my gauges.
  5. yea i dont think i can use my hose ends with that hose.
  6. holy chit that is about how many i had to buy from summit. does 80 dollars a foot for 20an seem right... the hell with that
  7. is that kevlar braided a ptfe lined hose?
  8. hmm interesting. thats 16an on yours though isnt it? herre is how cramped my bay is, i still have alot more to stuff in.. note that 12 an fitting under the upper 20 radiator hose... cant get in the way of that
  9. mind linking it through summit racing ?
  10. i ordered my radiator way back and went with 20 an... i was thinking they would use female threads but i should have specified i wanted female. then i could get miezere adapters if i needed too... like this
  11. oh i know i dont want to run what is pictured... haha i hate to cut out these 20 an bungs and 250 dollars worth of fittings phuk
  12. naturally they dont make 20 an push locks so i cant just buy a 90 degree rubber and 2 straights... that would have worked. rabble rabble rabble
  13. ok, so i am trying to fit this god forsaken hose onto this this but it is fighting me in every attempt i make. 20 an hose... i have a 45 and a straight which i can cut and reweld this bung on which might allow me to pick up another 1/4 of hose length here, but i dont think that will help much. This project has been kicking and screaming the entire route and its pissing me off. i cant even get a radiator hose to work. *sigh* just venting.
