m1ghtymaxXx
So I just stumbled across this in a google image search. Never heard of it before and I couldn't find any more info: http://www.chromjuwelen.com/de/network/237/180391-240z-with-a-turbo-v6-in-the-trunk.html The fabrication work looks well executed from what I can see, does anyone have more pics or info of this car? Seems like a strange thing to do to a car that will easily tuck a V6 well behind the front axle under the hood, but I'm dying to see more! Nelsonian
I'm pretty sure that car was at the MSA nationals back when they switched up venues to the Canyon Santiago location back in '07 I believe. It was in a primer red color and not as well finished off at that time.
Tony D
That's Fred Sangalang's car... wait until you see it up on it's integral, central rotisserie post for rotary display at car shows! Fred will never leave his cars alone. it was not turbo when at Santiago Canyon. It is now. Ang Pinoy Custom!
cegrover
That car was indeed most interesting up close! I haven't seen it since I took those photos in August, though...
Fuzzydicerule
The painted GTR grille is kind of dumb looking, and i can only imagine how little room there is in that passenger compartment now... this swap would have been better suited for a 2+2, but A for effort. 260DET
I do both. But weight distribution figures would be interesting.
