Racin_Jason
LLLLLLooooser I admit i missed it on the first quick glance. But I highly doubt these people were bidding on the resource. The seller has 0 feedback and could be trying to walk away with this poor guys moolah. Hopefully trhats not the case...
80LS1T
WOW! Some dumb@ss ricer boy thought he was getting a good deal on a body kit! Hahahah wait till only that book shows up at the door! $306 for a book! HAHAHAHAHA Sorry I shouldn't laugh.... HAHAHAHHAHHAAH OH MY GOD IS THAT FUNNY!!!!!! GUy
slownrusty
I guess its good to read the fine print....but its easy to see how the buyer could miss that. If the buyer barked enough at eBay, I am sure he could take some action against the seller for advertizing bordering on false. What do you guys think? Trevor
This is just my opinion I think that is deliberately misleading. Even with 2 sizes of type, the PHOTO should have shown a book - not car parts.
Mudge
He has alot of other auctions going on as well, either people are going to wise up fast, or... Yes it is misleading, even though the facts are there.
utvolman99
Here is another poor guy falling into the same trap... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=1113&item=3511421289
wigenOut-S30
Man that is just wrong. Even to a dumb ricer kid. Some kids Parents are going to pay big $$$ for a book. WOW.. I think the winning bidders would have a suit against him. Just not right..
Dan Juday
Call the cops. If that ain't fraud it's close enough. This is what happens when you teach people to order by the picture and not read the menu.
Corzette
I warned the buyers on this creep.....
Guest bang847
ebay is probably gonna pull that guy.
Mudge
Yeah, it is pretty obviously shady, banking on the fact that people "dont oft read." The guy could have easily had a buy it now price of $19.99 or whatever and obviously does not want that either.
Georgia Flash
What a jerk! I say send the bum to Iraq and place him as a human shield!!
Z8
What do these people tell their freinds and family? Are they proud of doing this kinda $hit? It's too bad that so many people think it's ok to burn someone and blame the burn-ee for not being observant/smarter. Someone should send him a big check-out of rubber! Guest livewire23
looks like this is a growing trend. I'm selling my prelude, and I was looking for new bumpers to replace my cracked ones, when I ran across this. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2926679784&category=1469
denny411
UN****INGBELIEVABLE That is flat out theft. I don`t see any other way to descibe it.
Mudge
Oh damn, charging $250 for a picture of a bodykit??? Thats outrageous and it seems quite obvious he is hoping that someone is STOOPID enough to fall for it.
denny411
someone bid and immediately posted negative feedback saying that it is basicaly a scam. Check out his other auctions. He`s got 5 or 6 more of the same deal. Probably had alot more listed but succeded in scamming a few other people.
Lockjaw
I liked the electronic turbocharger sales. You know the bilge pump vent fans. I used to routinely send people emails about those. People are stupid these days.
