240Z_Master
theres something to be said for the simple looks of a 500 cube big block But you do have to understand, that Japanese aren't fairly known for their huge displacement V8's like the domestic boys... I wonder how much the 500 BB weighs versus a Nissan V8.

Clifton
theres something to be said for the simple looks of a 500 cube big block There is something to be said, but not much. It's like comparing F1 to Nascar. Don't know what these BB pics have to do with the Nissan motors above?

StreetFighter
I would have been arrested for trying to run away with that Twin Turbo 8. Imagine someone running as fast as they can with that, then trying to drop it in their car to get away faster-ME! That RB engine was freakin sweet too... dry sump, big bore, ITBs, and braided stainless everywhere. I want one.
grumpyvette
heres a slightly more exotic 815 cubic inch DOMESTIC V8 that makes well in excess of 1500hp /1500tq BEFORE a TURBO is applied, and if ordered with the aluminum block and heads its under 570lbs

My point is...your pictures are nice... but irrelevant to this thread... I enjoy the motors that domestics put out... but please do not post any more photos of the domestic V8s in this thread... maybe another or perhaps your own photo album.
