bobbyc
i got my hood from unlimited products. a post on here and talking to people...i got pretty good feedback and everyone said it was a pretty nice piece. i got mine in yesterday..full pin on...and this is what i got...i know most fiberglass pieces state that they need work to fit properly...but is this how it's supposed to be? corner a little crooked...needs work corner gone...one armed man with a sawzall had a seizure. frame hits upper rad support and doesn't close all the way. do they all look like this? thier pic on the website whos a pretty nice complete piece...i just don't know if i should be pissed or should i expect this with a fiberglass piece. if not i'm gonna call and tell them they need to use pics of my hood for their display pic so people know to expect ♥♥♥♥...cause right now i'm pissed. wickiewicked240z
you should be pissed off. I would call them and ask for a better hood or money back.
jnjdragracing
I totaly agree, ask for another hood / exchange or a refund of some money back and fix the hood. They sure did mess the hood up, I guess they do not trial fit before selling. I would be upset. John
TravRMK
Looks bad! Demand another.
280Zone
No way would I ship a hood looking like that! Mine does require trimming of the upright portion of the core support. Those corners are terrible, and you will be needing to put some work into that to make it work.

sweetleaf
Sorry but that thing is garbage. One of th worst I've seen. ) : . I would definately demand a refund or replacement. It wouldn't be so bad if you just had to trim but you're gonna need to build up new corners.
Shift
Now, that is with the front edge of the hood alligned with the headlight buckets? Just asking for clarification. they might of added an inch so you could trim it off. But IMO an inch of trimming on a FB piece is alot. I would still send it back. bobbyc
yeah....front edge is aligned with the buckets...i checked cause i was thinkin maybe they left extra so i could trim it to fit...but it's all lined up below.
Sven
Thats surprising, I've heard good things about their stuff. Definitely get a hold of them. Companies are pretty aware of how an internet trashing can hurt business these days... That's just unacceptable quality
Stealth-Z
The one I received from up22 a few years ago looks better. It is still sitting in the spare room. Sorry to see thier quality control diminish.
