RUZN
Deep Midnight Blue with a Hint of Silver specs.. =-) or a Deep midnight two tone black thus the car will transform in the shadows to pure black hood body and flares but in the sun it will shine with Black and Blue! lithium4750
This is the Blue from the Duplicolor paint shop collection. I haven't put the clear on it so far so that's why it's dull but this is what it looks like after two coats. I'll be putting on one more so it might be a tad bit darker. Hope it helps. EvilC
Clive, Do you mean paint prison? Which color red did you decide on? Pete I stole the paint code from Janaka's red Z with the LS1. I think it will look nice with the blk wheels and cf ZGs.

proxlamus©
I love the orange on the Elise
Armand
You can never go wrong with the original 918 orange, but it's pretty hard to go wrong with a nice metallic dark silver/gun metal with black accents. I'm partial to the 918 orange, cause my Z is orange.
tech9
Guy down the street has an orange lambo, and it does NOT look as good as in that pic. And I love orange
tonycharger72
Go for white, be nice and cool in the Summer and the prep work dosen't have to be as perfect as imperfections aren't as noticeable with lighter colours!!! Amazingly cool in the summer actually, recently painted a car white and even in the sun in 35deg or more, the car was still coolish to touch, and much nicer inside than a dark purple car I had! Throw on some racing stripes to break up the colour and your away !
fantagon
I am leaning towards the orange especially with the black/cf bonnet and trimmings. Probably look at a grabber orange or burnt orange to get more like the first orange pic. Cheers Add
S30TRBO
Clive any updates on the paint job?
EvilC
Joe funny that you asked. I called right when I saw your post and he says he is trying to have it up to me this weekend. The car is down in NC. The painter had his father pass away two weeks ago so I didn't call since then until today. I wasn't really pushing him since I had the track day to go to and Joe (rags) was kind enough to lend me his v8z. Hope to have some good news for you guys this weekend. EvilC
So another delay Says he found some bondo in the rear quarter, so glad it was fixed. Car was pretty rust free but repaints hides flaws. Painter said he should be done by weekend and will bring it back to me from NC. I am keeping my fingers crossed.
EvilC
So....they said the car is painted and clear coat is on....geez this is horrible! "Knowing" the car is painted and can't see it..lol Car is suppose to be coming up tomorrow depending on weather since I didn't get the hatch or hood painted. So still the wait continues.
