EZpickenZ
Hey Lee, Which Vintage air set up is that. Is there a kit number? I was planning to go with that, but haven't made it to that point in my build.

EZpickenZ
Man...this sure is making me impatient with my own build. Thanks for the info on the A/C. I have a question on the brakes. I noticed that you are using the 280z booster and 280zx BMC. I looked for how you had it set up, but i cant find what im looking for. How do you have the brakes set up? Do you have a proportioning valve for the front to rear bias? If so, what did you use? Do you like the 15/16" MC or do you think the Wilwood 1" MC would be better? I plan on keeping the Z32 30mm Al callipers all the way around and getting some Brembo rotors and good pads to go with them. I will be going with the 260Z booster unless it is damaged. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Keep the pics coming. I'm loving this build.
ZT-R
I havent driven a 240z with the stock brakes so i dont know. The 280z booster is bigger than the 240 and 260. The 15/16 is the only master i have ever ran. I do have a proportional wilwood valve but i have not yet installed it. I haven't hit the brakes hard enough to lock any of them yet although i have hit them pretty damn hard. But with these huge wilwoods and the smaller z32 disks its probably about right anyway. Before I track the car I will install the valve though.
EZpickenZ
What brake lines did you use and where did you get them?
ZT-R
I had them made here locally. I do a lot of business with them so when I actaully had something simple they were shocked. Its just braided line with a teflon outer shell too.

ZT-R
Went to the customs office today and got my paperwork done in about 5 mins. Wow, I was impressed. Got the manifold mocked up. Looks like the steering shaft hits the closed loop section. Gonna have to redo that. Forgot to take pics of the downpipe but wow 4" looks sweeet. This is mocked up on the RB26 block so i just shimmed it 36mm. Gonna see if i can clock the turbo like this, will have to get a super tight 90 and also cut the housing as short as i can and weld it.
