On Nissan-USA site, shows both 2wd and 4wd as limitied slip standard on the Armada.

Mid 80s Subaru XT Turbo has clutch type LSD R160.

74 260Z 2+2 has 3.36 R200

the R180(n/a ca20e) and R200(turbo ca18et) in the 4cylinder 200SX had 4.11. the V6 moddle(SE vg30e) had an R200 with like 3.7 or so

On Nissan-USA site, shows both 2wd and 4wd as limitied slip standard on the Armada.


They try to pass off traction control as a form of limited slip. If one wheel loses traction, the computer applies brakes to that wheel to prevent uneven wheelspin.

It's my understanding that the early 90's 300zx n/a cars have a 4.09 gear, and the one I have is a 5 bolt output.

And, 300ZXTT R230 VLSD is 3.69 ratio, not 3.54.

Also the R200 short nose from the rear of a R32 GTR skyline is clutch type LSD and has the large 6 bolt output CV's (like the 300ZXTT)

The R180 I had in my '71 240 was a 3.90 open

I have 4 R200's and an R230 in my garage these are their ratios:

R200 short nose viscous lsd 4.08 s13 silvia x2 5 bolt shafts

R200 short nose viscous lsd 4.08 '89+ 300zx n/a 5 bolt shafts

R200 short nose viscous lsd 4.36 R32 skyline 5 bolt shafts

R230 short nose viscous lsd 3.69 '89+ 300zxtt 6 bolt shafts
