  1. I have been running the Euro dampner for years without any problems. Alignment is dead nuts. Does require a special bolt and washer to work.
  2. The new ATI 800hp Dampner is now available from ATI. You can see pics on the following site. They also sell a smaller diameter pulley for 600hp. These have all the pulleys to run the stock accessories. http://rbmotoring.com/gallery/album283 ATI has also now released their tranny adapter to bolt any GM/Olds trans to the RB26. It reqiures that you buy their custom 8.5" converter for the swap. I have purchased one of these kits and it comes with everything that is necessary down to the bolts. I am now a distributer for ATI so I will give good pricing to the Zcar folks who are interested. Please send me an e-mail if you want more information. James
  3. Yea, don't buy that car...it sucks! Joe, I saw you listed a GT turbo from Precision? Call me for a good price on a new GT turbo. Joe, If compression permits ditch the P90 and opt for an E88 or N42 head. Contact TimZ for details on the shop that did his head. 225cfm on the intake ports and he can also help you with a good cam selection. Remember, his car is ~525hp@wheels on 94 octane @23psi. James
  4. Now all you need are a set of my Race Prepped stock rods!
  5. Correct, All turbochargers that I sell are new using only new Garrett parts.
  6. a single Tial 50mm BOV will work fine.
  7. Thanks for the compliments. The main setup is done and everything is now off to the coaters. Intercooler piping was just powder coated in black wrinkle. The intercooler tanks, intake manifold will also be done in black wrinkle. Turbine housings and header will be black ceramic coated and the downpipes will be ceramic coated silver.
  8. GT30R and GT35R are both T3 flanged. Contact me for pricing.
  9. As is...no. We have discussed cutting down the inlets to 3" and then I can run a line from the rear turbo up to the front. That decision will be his. The problem on this Z is the lack of room to get a 4" hose from the rear turbo up to the front. The space between the front header and the wheel well is ~3.9".
  10. Something I definitely considered. However, I have seen plenty of folks take this approach to the problem and not have any signs of trouble. The tabs are not welded directly to the panel. I first welded a 4"x4"x1/8" plate to the tunnel and then had the tabs welded to the plate. BTW, the front side of the 4"x4" plate is up against the old tranny mount and welded to it.
  11. Nothing beats welding on your back!
  12. I will send all of it off next week to be ceramic coated. The exhaust manifolds and turbine housings will be coated black and the downpipes will be coated silver for contrast. It will also utilize the fancy inconel heat shields on the turbine housings. It isn't even my car and I get excited!
  13. Can you post a pic of that auto tranny?
  14. Maybe' date=' maybe not:) Both were a PITA:) BTW, any updated pics with the turbo coated and repolished? [img']http://www.speedshopthagard.com/projects/RB25_280Z/dsfinal.jpg[/img]
  15. Car is for sale http://classifieds.hybridz.org/showproduct.php?product=234 The only failures I have had was with the old tranny. Car kept getting slower, but now with the new powerglide it runs consistent mid 10s @134mph.
  16. Just did this to see if they fit. I will be fabricating a 321SS top mount setup for Joel. It does fit even with the a/c in place.
  17. Three pumps in ascending flow order. Non turbo pump Turbo manual pump Turbo automatic pump The comp pump is just the turbo pump with a spring. Just run the stock turbo pump and that will be sufficient for your application.
  18. I only had to buy him breakfast to get him to say all of that
