On that note does any one know where I can download a FSM for a 1994 camaro z28? That way I can start figuring out how to wire up my datsun harness to the stock lt1 harness.

I have quick disconnects for the coil, also I unplug the vaccuum line going into my MS unit.

Great thats what I thought, I have some spare metal myabe i'll just cut out the parts I need and just weld it into the stock part.

Thanks for the info, I'll be using the optispark to start with (had to sell my MS to fund the swap) i'll upgrade down the line before i do anything drastic. Yes the AC and PS will be removed as well.

Does any one know where to get the stock tail light panel, the sheetmetal part that the lights bolt into? I swapped in some Trans Am lights and had to cut alot of metal. Now I want to go back but cant seem to find any replacements.

Backround Car- 1976 280z with l28et swap, megasquirt, fmic, mbc, ect... Just sold the whole setup and picked up a 94 LT1 longblock with 60k on it. It comes with the harness and ECU as well. I have the JTR swap manual and have read it multiple times. Of course it covers mostly Carb'd swaps. Would you guys advise me to get the Chevy TPI-TBI book as well? As far as the transmission it did not come with one so not sure what to get. My car currently is a 4speed manual so at least I won't have to worry about the pedal assemblies. Thanks in Advance

NM I just sold my Turbo setup and bought a 94 LT1 w/60k miles for $500 (sold the turbo setup for 1k) \ My front body harness was melted to heck so I just ripped it out to prep the bay for the new heart.

all the solenoid does is spin. I have even swapped out a few starters and it does the same thing.

My ignition relay went out and now the car wont even try to engage the starter. Is there a way to "hotwire" the starter? I used a screw driver and got it to start momentarilly but alas it only worked one time. I have swapped out the igniton switch as well and still no luck. Its a 1976 280z turbo swapped with MS1 v3.57
