  1. It did on mine as well so I ended up trimming it.
  2. Why wouldn't it work for a 2+2, arnt the widths the same for the cars?
  3. I know of adapters to use a GM 350 on an L block but not the other way around. Plus the stock 5 speed will get destroyed on the back end of that V-8.
  4. Well that info about DRW just sealed the deal. I'll be going with the marsh 15x10's for the rear and 15x8's for the middle and oh wait only 4 wheels on a car
  5. IF the price is right go with the auto, and since you already have the converter why not? On the other hand do you have the ECU, make sure it will work with an auto. If not I have one from a 94 Z28 w/4l60e for sale for $75.
  6. Thats a new one on me I thought most all S30's had A/C as stock. Easiest way tp remove the heater setup is by removing the dash.
  7. Use your datsun master cylinder pushrod (the one that connects to the pedal) that way you wont have to adjust anything. I did a write up on how to swap it over to the new "master".
  8. Agreed look for a 88-92 camaro/firebird. As far as the slave for the T56 I'm not sure I too got one from autozone but for a 92 T5. You will need the bigger master though
  9. I dont have an evap canister but will keep an eye out for one.
  10. I'm making my own mount. Just get some 3/8" steel and use a torch and a vice to bend it to the right specs. I'm not doing those fancy Exhaust piping "humps" since I will be doing side exhaust.
  11. I have a few parts like the air pump as of right now. I'll be pulling the rest off once I am able to get some headers.
  12. I got mine on CL for $300 with the flywheel, clutch, starter, and slave cylinder (swapped that out with a 92 camaro one that is metal instead of the plastic one.)
  13. If the WC t-5 came off of a 305/327/350 then you wont need another bellhousing. Do you plan on keeping the AC/power steering?
  14. Way to go, so did you get to ride in Zachs Z? I sooo cant wait to see this in person.
  15. Right now I'm sitting at $2443, that inlcudes the 1K I spent on buying the car. I still have to get my driveshaft done and other minor things.
  16. Good luck, the best way is to find a wrecked Z28, Heck I have even seen Wrecked 98 Trans Ams / Camaros go for 2k on CL. Those can have the LS1!!!!
  17. Just added them to my list... To bad you cant get a different rim pattern but for 15x10 thats not bad at all.
  18. What master did you use and did you use the stock push rod from the Datsun master?
  19. l20 in a z??? Still go with the 240z its lighter and with the turbo it would be more fun to drive
