Ok figured out that my drive gear (cog) is not the right one, now any one know off hand what one it should be? My car is using the 3.54 r200 with 15x8 rims.
Getting mine today so I will update my results, now do I keep using my stock radiator or use a camaro one (I have the jtr mount but not sure if I want to use it). Heck I might even sell it to buy some working gauges.
If you just want to cover it to prevent flash rust use a laquere primer since it is alot cheaper. Then when you get around to doing any actual body work then upgrade to the epoxy.
Went to swap in a welded 3.9 rear end only to find out I did not have the right sized socket to change out the input bearing (where the dS attaches). While re-installing it I noticed my rear strut insulators pulled through. I re-installed the stock 3.54 and now I am having a clunking noise each time I try driving it. (yes I made sure it was good on fluid and all the bolts tightened. So another reason toe get it sold...
Wonder why there is a price difference from where you are and I am. The part number for the cable is 10.99 here. Its still a great buy and I will have to get that as well.
Here are a few pics of when I was working on mine, I have since some what molded them in better and sealed the backs of the cracks with foam in a can to seal it better.
