Yeah Justin is having a carbon amd glass hood with this scoop molded into it. The first one should be out soon. Now as far as the dash goes he is willing to make them if he can get a good one to make a mold from. He said they would come with the gauge holes filled as well as the A/C area. That way any one can add their own gauges or what not to make it custom to their application. The first Carbon Cowl hood came out really nice. His shop is really starting to turn out nice products at good prices. (I'm still trying to get him to do an L88 scoop integrated into a hood for me)

I used the duplicolor tail light tint on my rear vette lights. Very easy to do, but if you over coat it you can't take it off. It actually came out real nice.

Do they sell those covers, if so I have yet to see one. It would be easy to make a lightweight inner structure to hold it in place that would be alot lighter and cleaner than the stock ones.

I sold my old turbo setup with lightned flywheel, full exhaust, 5 speed, FMIC, MBC, MS1 v3.57 with harness already wired up (he had to connect 3 wires to get it running in his car) and some extras I had laying around for $1k. I then turned around and bought a 94 LT1 with 80k on it and WC bw-t5 for that 1k. Sooo not sure if that helps you decide.

For the halo look cheap try this 1. go to home depot and get one of those clear window shade battons (to make the slats move) 2. every few inches make a cut into them about half way through. 3. slowly heat up the wand and bend it ever so carefully into a circle. 4. wire an LED into the end of it. 5. turn on the LED and it will give you that Audi headlight look.

Well Sunday I caught my wiring harness of fire (again). Fixed that isses with some beer and a few bandaids. Need to get a new alt regulator since mine keeps going out. Arghhhh I hate electrical Systesm!

Take a small hammer and tap the rails. You might find out they are rusted on the inside and not visable from the outside.

Tach signal should come from the negative side of the coil (carbed) then you just install a resistor to get the correct signal. When you get a chance swap that boat anchor 305 and get a 327/350, you won't regret it.

I too would like to hear the answer. My old 88 turbocoupe had the 8.8 posi. That thing was sooo much fun to drive, but not as fun as the zed.
