yeah... serious understeer on the Z. I like the lancias and group B quattro..

Well the windshield is busted...but still in place. That is about it. I saw it a few months ago but haven't been back since. It is like 3 hours from me. Veritech: Yeah the local Z junkyard had a green, late 74 260 that I got a gas cap and gas door from but last time I was there it was gone. They have a couple 240s that are in the far back that look like they have been there for 20 years. They move through cars pretty quickly. This junkyard goes through much fewer cars.

I found it like 3 years ago...right after I bought my Z and was thinking about getting it running. Today my neighbor started his SBC Z up for the first time in like a year...that thing sounds NASTY!!! it is mostly stock motor though and FOR SALE!!! It is 1992 miata blue...and still looking good!

It used to be an SBC or BBC...it has a chevy logo on the side. It is now empty. and yes...my own wangan find...it is too far gone though...I think the frame rails are basically gone...good thing that fiberglass does not rust. you should feel privlidged... you are the only other person that knows where it is.

look like American Racing rims...rears are 17s and fronts are 14s I wonder what type of racing this car did...certainly not drag racing with that huge front sway bar and aluminium/delrin control arm mod. Maybe it was just a street car...the windows had some fancy engraving on them.

and to match the front fenders you would have to get the rears...and the wheels to match...and the 325 width tires...$300 each at least..

ing Big-Phil in leaving the BRE spook club? remeber that those fenders have to go along with it. It s about 4-6" wider than stock in the front overall.

it is a modified JCR kit with extra flare added. I have never talked to the owner of the JY because he is never there. I just walked in. They have a bunch of burned up 914s too. I think the kit is a JCR take-off... it is pretty thick... If someone is interested I'll call the guy and see how much he wants for the car. I'll sell off all the parts and take the rusty chassis to the dump. It has some decent suspension componets in it. 5 lug rear and 4 lug front.

this car used to have a fuel cell and had four exhaust tips...2 on each side. It is dfinitely an 80's car with rectangular headlights but it is a SCARAB body kit... and a really weird air dam. and that was a 280zxt next to it. Unfortunately the zxt is now gone. I would like to pick up this car just for the panels and the MASSIVE front swaybar. The windshield is now cracked too:-(.

The latter is true. And sorting through it all to find the good stuff would probably be too much work to expect from the moderators that do a great job managing this site.

well putting the diffuser all the way to the edge would not help much. You only need it as far as air is flowing UNDER the car. That is mostly in the middle. Plus the more air you have in the smaller area means it is going to be moving faster which means more suction to the ground. If thee is too little of a diffuser then the air will be going through a bottleneck and actually build pressure underneath the car and give lift. If it is too wide then the effect will be less and thus being wasted effort.

hopefully we will be able to make gas to run the old gas powered hybrids...

That is one thing that wil be for sure on my car...center exhaust.

here is my latest sketch. I am still working on it though. I really like the center exhaust that is integrated and the bigger BRE spoiler. I am thinking of putting Z32 tail lights on it.

Well I am working on a new sketch. Here it is so far. I am working on some side vents to exhaust engine bay pressure to the side of the car.
