    Is it possible to have the motor centered? I have an extra 03 Cobra motor laying around in the garage. Was it offset due to the steering knuckle. If you used the above mentioned way of moving the steering knuckle over would you be able to fit it centered?

    Thanks. I am planning the swap. Guy at the track had one but its hit the shock tower on hard acceleration. I believe he had a 72mm turbo on his setup.

    2JZ GTE Aristo engine are dirt cheap. Its whats going in mine.

    I am just curious what everybody is running for a single turbo manifold, size turbo and how the clearance aroung the shock towers. Pictures would be appreciated.

    Well over that I think. Stock motor with injectors and BAP are making over 600 to the wheels at 10 psi.

    I used a Mishimoto in my mustang. CHinese rad. Been working great for 2 years now.

    The motor already has the bosses for direct injection in the motor. I think there just holding off untit the new gen of mustang come on sale.

    Thats not a coyote engine? You can't even compare the two as there worlds apart. The Coyote is the new 5.0L out of the GT's. No ones ever done one of those before.. The lincoln motors are sub par except for the blocks. They make 260 HP to the wheels. I have a 4V Mach 1 motor with an eaton, cobra brakes, T-56 6 speed, swap on my 93 coupe.

    Back on this. I'm still considering what engine to swap into the car. Coyote is on my list. Here's the official dimension of the car.

    I rewired my 4.6 4V cobra motor in my 93 coupe. PATS was the only big issue. Just get the wiring needed eliminate the rest. You can get a chip burnt from SCT and eliminate or turn everything off you don't need. Would probably have to get the pedal assembly for the drive by wire. bjhines : well there a lot of variables in that question.

    Not sure why you would want to do that but it would take major mods to the Eleanor nose and to the Datsun body.
