  3. IMO, I would go with a small set of MT drag radials and not slicks. Mixing slicks on the back and radials on the front makes for a really band handling car. Either go bias ply all around or radials all around. I pull 1.5x in my mustang on Mickey Thompson DR's

  9. I would image the motor mounts are the same. Trans mounts are the same but the drive shaft may be different. Company is justa phone call a way. Call and ask.
  10. I have the tech2 kit in your above post. Its a little high price but its build strong and by the time you ass up the costs to have something professionally build it cheaper. Drive shaft will cost you over 300 for example. Best to call Tech2 and see if it will fit. I'm starting my swap in a week. My setup should be coming in around $4500 for the swap Will be a Aristo 2JZ GTE VVTI, R154, stock everything with stock ecu. Car will be boosted to 17 PSI,
  11. You will never grenade the housing, ever. I have run Mustang club for almost 20 year and I have a multitude of experience with the 8.8 ford. We have 2200 HP 414ci small block strokers running twin 88mm turbo's on the stock housing with a bit of bracing welding on. My personal car is 600 HP on the stock housing with no mods. Car sheered the axles in 1/2 first pass and broke some teeth off the gear. inside were upgraded and no problem since. I launch at 4800-5500 rpm depending on what tire I use. IRS is a little different on the Mustangs but can be made to work very well.

  13. Glad to see it moving along ! I just did the same lol. I purchased the 21 circuit deluxe version. My car runs fine but the previous has a ton of "fixed" wiring all over the car. Glad to see he used all the same color <inset sarcasm> as it give me a challenge when troubleshooting.

  15. Glad your safe. Looks to mainly exterior panel. Any frame damage? Could always tube chassis the front half.
  16. Mine drives like a stock car with just slightly more bite off line than stock. Pedal pressure is about the same as stock.
  17. I have tech 2 motorsport kit I could measure. I agree it would be better to fab up your own for placement.
