  4. A system called VEMS (alot like MS) is also having trouble with theese smal holes. Atleast it's not to hard to change the wheel
  5. Cant you just put on more oil? haha With upgraded oil pump and drain from head to pan, these seems a bit unnecessary? I have a rb25 but wont pop the head untill winter... Any have picture of the rb25 head? Not sure which model my engine is. Is there someway to check from the serial # ?
  6. You have any idea if they will release one for the SR20DET engine also? I have a friend that cant get it to run smooth at all.
  7. When we're talking about oil and pumps. I found this oil gallery orifice on the Tomei web page. It's to reduce the amount of oil leading to the head and giving better lubrication to the bottom end. They only have for rb26 though. Any know if this is worth to invest in?   8. Could always underdrive the waterpump. The Jun pump has quite nice specs though. I guess it performas just as well at higher rpm's. But more flow means more force at the collar.

  11. I am doing my 260z with rb25det engine in and the radiator will have to go. It's not shiny and soon turning 33 years old I have a contact in taiwan that can make a custom radiator for me if I buy 10 of them. I am going to buy atleast 5 for me and friends, but if any else wants one, I can get the maker to ship em to someone in their country. First I need to make the drawings for it. After some searching I see that in/out let is on the right side. I would also get him to weld in temp sensor bung, but what else is there to think of? The price for each radiator would be around 150$ I think. Maybe less. Quite cheap. Thickness can be choosen between 30,40,52 and 56mm.. I guess 52 or 56 is the way to go.
  12. Think so to. Will remove the pump and have a look before I slip the engine in. The one in that link looks realy bad. I guess this is a good upgrade for thoose that run upgraded oil pumps.
  13. Thanks Careless for a very god explanation I bought me a underdrive alu crank pulley from Unorthodox Racing. SR20DET though. It had some sort of sleeve around the neck which fits into the engine oil pumpe sleeve. It says more in this pdf here "The pulley comes with a 1MM thick steel sleeve pressed over the outer diameter of the hub on the rear of the pulley, side of the pulley with part #’s, where the pulley fits into the engine oil seal." Looks like this mounted and the weight is about 1/4 of the oem pulley... for thoose that wanted to know

  17. Think titanium coating is just some fancy name for a titan colored paint Anyways I have ordered me a manifold looking alot like that one. Will arrive sometime in next month so looking forward to it I payed alot more for it though, and it looks like this:

  19. Very impressive! If I'd have a car like that in Norway and drove it on the street, I would be shot at site by the department of vehicles.. Thoose wilwood rear breakes dont have hand brake right? Is there some way to hook up a hydraulic hand brake to the rear lines? I might end up with the same problem it seems like.
  20. That must be a good feeling to get that info about your AEM. Sucks that they dont make it for R25DET. Yesterday I downloaded the AEM program from their site and it looks realy easy and nice to map thoose systems.

  22. sweet. and I thought 700$ for a complete Z31 88ss rear diff with cv was expencive so I'd rather go with a Volvo rear end.... uhmm z31 diff here I come.

    Is that plenum just welded on to the stock manifoil?Funnels inside?
