  1. Naw, that is the only one we have loose right now. It will get the non turbo facia probably. LOL And YES, definatly finishing it. May endup getting one of our extra vg30dett's at some point. Dont think Nissan has any transfer cases with a pessenger side front driveshaft output.
  2. Got bored so I did this........ Take one lifted 94 Nissan hardbody on 38.5 TSLs and add one 95 300zxTT (52k_miles), two toyota axles and a small block chevy, what do you get?? Z_RUCK Frame is way too long. Its a 94 Nissan extended cab. I will cut about 20" out of it later to get the rear axle in the right spot. Its obviously not finished!!!
  3. $1.79 walmart before the .03 card discount I think I saw e85 for $1.39
  4. you should look at a second gen rx7 turbo. they have a valve that closes one of the ports forcing all of the flow through just on side at low rpms thus increasing the velocity.
  5. I was (for about 2 years) towing at least twice a week with my 91 toyota p/u. Trips were between 325 and 600 miles round trip. Let me give you a little better idea here. I was towing s30's/s130's/z31's. All was being done on a steel 16ft car hauler with wood floor that was completely oil logged. Trailer weight in at about 1200lbs. Truck was about 3500lbs with passengers. Oh, did i mention its a 4cyl truck. We usulally weigh around 4700 comeing back out acrose the scales at the scrap metal yard. Going in was another matter. We were usually in the 6500lbs to 9500lbs range. GVWR is 4400lbs and CGVWR is 6700lbs!!! Dont get me wrong, those "heavy" loads were hell but the ones that were at or just over the rating were no big deal. I know your van has more power and brakes than I have. The only problem was those heavy loads liked to pull weight off the front end, making the front tires like to lock up. You wont have this problem being front wheel drive and only having 350lb tonge weight. The only thing I would be worried about in your case would be the tounge rating. I would stick with a car dolly or tow bar. If you are under or right at the manufactuers combined weight rating then your tranny should be more than willing to do its duty. ESPECIALY only a handfull of time per year. If you opt for the trailer get breaks. All in all I say the Honda should have no problem with what ever you choose to do. Just be aware of what is required of you to tow at the vehicals limits.
  6. i just keep mine over half full:icon14:
  7. 2 guys work at a drug resurch & testing facility as "testers" or "testees". The company gives them these bogus ass drugs, this episode on of the guy became pregnant. Another episode they were brain washed and their buddy neighbor guy convinced they they were gey lovers.
  8. Jeese..I stated in the first sentence in this whole thread that it was a 240z? WTH? LOOK AT THE TAIL LIGHTS...PERIOD!!! You cant just throw those on a 280z last I checked
  9. spec says their stage 5 is good to 699 ftlbs (and for only $200 more you get an aluminum pressure plate) part number SN455
  10. Why would this be your first post on THIS site???
  11. make sure its a genuine walbro though. I have heard or some of the ebay "walbro" pumps being not so good. If its a real walbro it will be good for plenty of power and reliable.
  12. are you looking for just the machining or do you want the block fully assembled ready to go?
  13. I think it has been said many times, the problem is not the headgasket, but the tune and use of ARP hardware. I believe may member have made several hundred HP on stock or felpro gaskets. Thats what I use, have not had a problem yet!
  14. doubt it, was probably the only car with good looking body lines, RWD and had the power that fit the budget.

  16. Raggin the hell out of a overheating, coolant spewing 240z......SWEET!!! (edit) full episodes here if anyone wants to see it http://www.hulu.com/testees
  17. well if you have the "BIG" flywheel for the L28 it will be to 240mm from the 2+2 or turbo. Howerver I suspect you purchased a China Ebay clutch with a general ap[lication guide. The flywheel is not the same for L28e non 2+2 as L28et. The guide is closer to L28et, 84-86 vg30e. I suspect if it is too large it is for the later 84-86 vg30et. Or if it does not fit at all then 87-89 vg30 as it is totally differant.
  18. Would you not need to also know runner diameter to properly calculate neede length??
  19. i have a vg30et from an 84 in good condition, had 130k and ran like a top. (was a rearended car) Cheap!!
  20. Nissan ran the L28 in the z32 in some class of racing in the 90s. Was restricted to 2800cc and under for the class. Will see if I can dig up some more info.
  21. maybe try the parts wanted section next time
  22. sold it like a month or so ago for $225 shipped Car is finished and went to start it and all the electrical is dead soooooooo........ Yeah Idunno. Hope I can get some time this weekend to clear it all up. Dont really troll the streets any more. Too many cops and my registration just went out. And the inspection is due in January. Plus I work nights. Was planning on digging into it tomorrow in the morning once I get off work. I do plan on getting it to the track in maybe a week or two, asuming it my 200K junkyard motor does not pop on the dyno:icon54:
  23. I think perfect engine balance was mentioned "Constant suction and compression by the piston eliminates the throw and, consequently, the vertical vibration. Since the expansion occurs outside of the cylinder, the piston’s weight is reduced to a minimum and is perfectly balanced with the crankshaft to minimize or eliminate the horizontal vibration."
