I'm putting a side pipe on my Z in the future but it won't be the side pipes that you traditionally see on hot rods ect. I want to copy what they do to the GTR's. Just a pipe sticking out on one side....and maybe some flames everytime I downshift that would be schweet!

HOLY **** MAN! pardon my French but damn...I feel so bad for this girl. Her whole life is ruined and she now has to live with the pain for the rest of her life. I don't know about you guys, I'm only human and I couldn't hold back the watery eyes just thinking about how hard it is for her and her family. I was just going down the page thinking nothing and those bottom row of pics hit me like a tone of bricks. I don't drink but a buddy of mine drove home last night drunk and he got the full ear from me when I talked to him this morning. Funny thing is they always say the same thing..."I didn't drink that much" Truely sad and I hope the best for this poor victim.

You have a turbo motor so it will be a lot quieter. My buddies NA has no muff and that thing is friggen loud Download the vid under my sig and you can pretty much hear how it sounds.

Thanks Cody for that link...you know, the biggest thing is them bumping their own prices through another user name. I can honestly deal with that as I want this IC really bad. Besides, $290.00 is less than what I expected to pay for a good IC. + it's hard to find this IC in the first place. All that aside the only thing that was freaking me out is the talk about not even getting what I purchased. I had to ask them if I can pay for it next week as I wanted a little more time to think about it etc. They where gracious enough to let that slide and I don't want to hagle with them about COD as I know they probably won't go for it. Honestly, I just want to send the money to them and I just want my IC. I'm just having a hard time letting it go without knowing what I can do if they do screw me.

ahhhh you guys are freaking me out! I already have the money order that I got from the post office and I don't know if I should just say screw it and take the negative feedback or actually follow through....if he doesn't go through and screws me, what can I do to this guy. Isn't that mail fraud? That's the reasoning behind the US postal money order. All I can say is that I've never had a harder time letting a piece of paper go and that shiney IC just keeps getting farther and farther from my reach

Hey zr8ed, I think that the TurboXS Type H RFL is the newest breed of loud BOV's that their offering. I remember seeing the one you have on your Z but I checked just yesterday and I don't think they sell those anymore. They advertise that their Type H RFL line is the loudest in the industry. Can't wait to get mine in the mail

No I haven't sent it yet....should I worry about this? I don't want to send this money order only to be played like a sucker...any advice??? PS. I set him an email last night asking about Insurance....I got a reply with the same shipping price. I emailed them back and asked them that I needed this to be insured as I will not send money unless I know I will get the IC....What can I do from here....can't they send it COD and I'll pay the shipping costs first or something. You guys got me hella paranoid and I don't need the negative feedback in my perfect ebay record.

I'm ordering the Turbo XS RFL this week. I've heard that they are loud. 1FASTKINGCAB, is there a way you could describe the sound? is it like a big rig stopping kind of loud? I'm just curious and can't wait to get it all together.

Am I the only one crazy enough to push 15psi with no IC? ...I guess so lol. Anyway, that will all change soon after my NPR and other goodies arrive to my front door. Now back to the topic at hand. To be blunt, Mustangs where not a problem when I was running 12psi with no IC. Granted I'm not exactly sure if these where modified Mustangs but they shure where loud I loved racing these guys because for the most part their cool guys...I just loved to see the look on their faces when they realized that she wasn't slow lol... PS. forgot to mention. TURN UP YOUR BOOST IN INCREMENTS...this is what I did and made sure that I set it to where I didn't get any pinging. Use the highest octane gas you can get your hands on (+ additives) and always pay attention to your air/fuel mix gauge and most importantly LISTEN TO YOUR ENGINE. The minute you hear pinging, you better be fast enough to let off...I have had my engine ping one time when it spiked to 17psi but didn't result in blowing the motor but yes I almost pooped my pants lol. Also, all Z engines act differently depending on it's environment...for example, I can run 15psi all day long with no IC here in Las Vegas but when I went to San Diego I could only boost 12 without pinging. I've been told that the difference in elevation is one of the factors.

Hey 240hoke, very nice & clean set up. Mine will look pretty close to yours...I'm still contemplating on having all the pipes come out on the drivers side because I didn't want to use an electrical fan to clear the piping...but then again, it looks like I might not have a choice unless I mount the intercooler on an angle with the bottom of the IC pointing towards the car and the top tilted forward. Then I might have enough room to plumb the piping just behind the IC. I really wish Doug's web site (2+2 turbo monster) wasn't down...I know he was able to fit all kinds of stuff in front and behind his NPR cooler. Also, I wanted to ask you how you did the Z on the IC. I was going to put "turbo" on the face but didn't want to screw it up...did you just use a stencil? Cut out from cardboard? Thanks.

I won those injectors just now. I just need two more... Man I can't wait to put everything together I need more info on stuff like fuel pressure regulator etc. If anyone is using one please chime in.

Welp, I got it for $290.00 less than what I was going to spend in the first place. Their slow with their email replies but they told me that it was from an NPR. I will measure everything once I get it. He better be legit or there will be hell to pay.

As far as I know that is the largest one. I measured the space needed in my z and it fills the whole thing up nicely. I've got my eye on this one big time and I've already put a pretty high bid to keep on top....will see.

I went to go look at the piping and I have another question for the guys that have fabbed their own IC pipes. Do I just get a couple of the 180degree bent pipes? Did you guys use the 90degree bends as well? How many of each did you guys use. Thanks.
