  1. just spent about three hours driving around, looking for a few good spots to get some new pics, well i found one, so here are a few pics, i am in desperate need of a tripod...... and my personal favorite....

  4. ok, took a little drive to phoenix (300 miles there) and back today and no grinding/rattling, on the way back from phoenix i went to down shift, so i get to second gear without a problem, getting ready to down shift again, doing about 38MPH and i downshift into 1'st, then the rattling started for about two minutes before it stopped again, its hasn't done it again, but its getting annoying....
  5. ok, the grinding was caused by the starter no dis-engaging all the way, so i fixed that, no more grinding, now it seems like a rattle or metal against metal bouncing, its comming from almost the same spot, around the front of the trans..
  6. my sister put my car into a wall, now im getting back double what i paid for it.. (wasnt my z.)
  7. try doing that in forza where you really have to drive the car..
  8. when you buy everything else you need and finish breaking it in, it comes out to about $1k.
  9. have fun spending $1k on the baja and have fun finding/replacing tires and rims...
  10. that would be a bitchin offroad buggy if he could get it higher..
  11. why take the FWD lt1 out of a new impala SS and stuff it into a civic? (when where talking about engine swaps where not fuckin around)
  12. what would i need covers for? ive got nissan brand 4 piston calipers that will more then likely out-last a brembo caliper..
  13. your going to have some clearance problems with the steering shaft if you go with aftermarket manifolds plus you have to figure out where all the wiring is going to go..
  14. or you could get a set of shorty's specifically made for the vg30de..
  15. why not just build yourself a vg30det, you could get a vg30de fairly cheap, lower the C/R and the hardest part would be turbo placement and making exhaust manifolds.
  16. the only hard thing i would see about fitting a vg30de in there is if you used the stock exhaust, i would see some fitment issues with the frame rail, but a set of borla ongtubes from a 350z should solve the problem...
  17. you have to push and hold a button for five seconds before the fuel pump turns on, then you have to flip a switch under the seat to turn on the ignition, THEN you have to turn the key to ign on, then push the starter button under the dash, dont ask me why......

  20. î dont think he would get 15k for it, maybe 9k, but i sold my dads old xr1000 in running condition for 7k and that was a RARE bike.
  21. you would have to lower the CR by ALOT, bigger oil pump, turbo oil pan, all the intake piping, ECU-wiring harness, injectors, would save yourself ALOT of hassle and time to just buy the TT motor.
