My dad is selling his early 74' 260z. It's a unfinished LS swap with s13 rear subframe. the spare tire area has been cut out for a fuel cell he was going to put in it. It's sitting on 16x8, 0 offset XXr wheels. It has rust on one front fender.
Oh, I just realized that this post it old. If you are still interest he wants $6k for the shell.
I stayed with the Viper mid-plate and hydraulic TOB. I went with a Tilton 75-Series MC(p/n#75-280, 7/8 bore). It fits perfectly in the stock location.
NOTE: I haven't actually tested this setup out. I had my car running at one point last year but I don't have a driveshaft yet(I would like to hear your input on that. I have a s13 rear subframe with a q45 diff)and decided to switch from turbo to LSA S/C.
It should be safe to use 1999-2002 Camaro or Trans Am bellhousing and input shaft. I'm not sure about the corvette bellhousing but you can;t go wrong with the 99-01 Camaro/Trans Am. You can google LS t56 Input Shaft and find various prices on them.
I am using a Viper T56 also. I swapped the bellhousing and Input shaft to LS1 and the too. It's been a while since I did it but I pulled the front plate off and the input shaft is sitting right there and that's all I had to mess with. I believe I just pulled it off(front plate) and swapped the LS1 shaft on because its shimmed and held in place by the front plate.
I have Leather Rx8 seats in my 260z. The driverside is powered. I eliminated the stock mounts and made my own. I don't have pics on this computer though.
Very nice ! I wanted those hotpipes bad too but I made do with what I had. Hopefully my build turn out a good as yours. I'm using a LS 4.8. How much whp are you putting down ?

I have a 93-95 Viper t56 that I'm planning to use for my LS swap(LS input shaft swap INW), what MC would you guys recommend for it ? The TOB is clocked to the passenger side of the car so I'll need a longer than usual clutch line too. My plans are for a Stg.3 Clutch.
I'm looking for the shortnose mount, mustache bar, axles, companion flanges. Already have the diff. This is for my dads 260z, let me know what you have !!!
