You can tell him your coming to get it bla bla bla and if he still refuces to give it up go through small claims sure it takes a while but when YOU WIN he picks up the legal fees and such and you get your money back good way to stick it to him Ive done it its not that hard. they even help ya get the ball rolling.

Iam going to part out my 77 280z because well its wayy out of my league its got more rust and bondo than steel and the frame is so rotted that it actualy bent...... so it has a couple new things like plugs wires and its only run for about 10 minutes and it has a brand new water pump. with em as far as I know. most of the car is there I just dunno what its all worth ie trunk lid drivers fender doors glass minus windshied interior pieces anyone need anything this is a STOCK car too some guy wants the steering wheel already what should I ask for that I want give stuff away at decent prices not turn a crazy proffit enough for me to break even on the car if I can....

dunno about that half section of pipe but its pretty cool none the less
