hey lockjaw i did the same thing rags did and it worked for me.I have a zx alt on my 76z and i put in a few diodes to handle the current.So far i ahve had no probs with mine.I'd try that before a relay.As for the lites and stuff good luck if i lived closer to you i'd help you but you being a little ways away makes it hard for me to drive there Do you have the cd rom of the fsm for the 260's or 280's if not i can get you a copy, let me know. It is alot easier with a readable wire diagram.The other books suck for the wiring.

it runs good so far and i have riden two new bikes a 2001 zx6r and a 2002 gsxr i think my ninja rides about the same.It has 11k on it now i just need those aircleaners and when it gets slow i'll turbo it I hear all you guys on the gear thing and i will get the good stuff i like my skin

yep picked it up yesterday and got it running and drivable today.It was laid down so the plastic was all taken off and cracked.The side pieces are junk so i'll have to get new ones but the rest is fixable.I do need new rims cuz mine are bent and dented like he hit a curb or big pot hole.It's an 88 ninja 750R looks good for it's age and is just the right physical size for me to put my feel almost flat on the pavement when sitting still.I'm just excited i own a bike now and lone i plan to be as careful as i possibly can after hearing about you and your bro and others who have had had bad times with them i'm really cautious.

i didn't say i won i did lose but i wish he had given me another chance to try but i think he saw how quick the car was and wanted to stay the winner I'll get him next time it's no big deal Andy i do have extra half shafts and bolts so if you want them you can have them no charge. I feel better with cv's than the u jointed half shafts so i'll take you up on that offer andy thanks

depends on the t3/t4 if it's a b yes no mods but if it's a e then it has to be spaced or metal on the exhaust manifold has to be taken out to make it fit.I ran 18 psi of boost on the stock turbo with a volvo ic and got into the high 12's in the quarter.

so it's running good now ferg?You got a good race too with dave it was close(you need to turn up the boost)I wish that id would have given me another chance to run i think it would havebeen a different story and i would have warmed up the tires first too.Oh well i'l get him next year

sorry to hear that andy but you'll get it.I'm scared to snap my u jointed half shafts so i think i'm just gonna buy a set of adapters from ross.This thing looked totally stock from the outside but like i said he wouldn't open the hood so i know he was hiding something.I don't doubt these cars can be fast cuz it did really well and i would have had a better race with him if we would have taken off at the same time I didn't see you andy what where you driving?Did you see the blue 75 280z behind me?It was my friend's new z we are plannign another bad ass hybrid this winter so you'll have another turbo z to deal with instead of just me

Ok guys i was at a friend's place visiting and we went to the lot where everyone hangs out.Everyone was checking out the two hybridz's mine and bumbleZ's.It was nice to get as many complements although not to many people knew what they where Well this kid comes up and knows aaron and dave so they are looking at my car and they ask what it runs so i told them.I had the hood open so everyone could see what i had.They asked if i wanted to run this kid's eclipse or talon what ever it was but it was a first gen car.My friend dave asked to open his hood and he said why it's all stock only 18 psi of boost.That kinda made me think hmmmmm.So we line up and BBZ flags us and he jumps before BBz starts us so i go and catch up a bit spinning in first hit second and the guys said they seen flames come out ofthe exhaust so i stay even thru the rest of the race and let off cuz i was goin well over 100 mph.We slow down he rolls down his window and says "good race i have to go now i don't wanna get cought by the cops" i said ok what ever and before i could say anything else he was gone.Oh well not bad for a car with two bad cylinders and 10 psi of boost.Can the dsm guys help here what mods do the awd eclipses and stuff need to get into the high 12's?

bill i'd like to have those pics for referance:) and lockjaw i didn't need any spacer on mine just made the holes move in a bit and it bolted right up and used stock linkage and tps.

i'll look into that cody thanks,I haven't had any troubles yet the rail is very lite weight and the hoses take the beating as far as i know but it would be nice to have some brackets.I have to have them for the o ringed ones so the regular ones will use them the same too.

ok guys finally got a hold of the guy who made my fuel rail and he said that he would try to make a couple this week and he would make as many as he can for me so i'll update as soon as i get one and i need you guys to email me on who wants them so i can keep track.

so did you run it with the maf? If so how did it run or was that just a mock up of how you'd set it to make the ecu respond?Looks good so far,i'm still very interested

i am running a t3/t4e hybrid and have no spacer.I took off metal from the exhaust manifold and it fits fine, even enuf room for a heat shield.I still have to port the exhaust so i'm gonna take more off for more room inside and out.

i'm with lockjaw i just wanna see them run So somebody has to post a vid.I'd drive and see it but man that's a long drive for me Both cars are hybridz's so it doesn't matter really who wins, right?

i have to stay with the L28 guys I think after you guys get that we will have to find out what another L28 will do to a V8 in andy's car I had to clean the seats after i took andy for a ride the other day I'm coming for you andy and you have to show them james what a real engine will do.

hey steve i didn't take it the worng way don't worry i was refurring to some other guys that i know with hybridz's that have alot more money than me If i didn't shop around for parts my lady would kill me vin like i said i got a hook up at the store i get my parts from and the work on the head was cheap cuz they also have a machine shop in the back Dan i would help you no prob man just let me know when you wanted to meet or i could come over there on a weekend or something and help you out.Everyone here can help too lackjaw,sleeper,steve(schmaydee) and many others are really helpful and are very nice to talk to,I am still learning about this stuff so i will help as much as i can and pass on what i have learned.The day you think you know everything is the day you turn stupid so no one knows everything about anything keep that in mind

i got new rings gaskets and bearings it's all i needed to rebuild it.My girlfriend's dad owns a carquest so i get the stuff at a discount. BUt i can check for you what the price would be but like i said it's not new pistons and timing chain and stuff like that it was just bearings and rings and new gaskets.
