  1. Its working out well for me. I have it hooked up to my TEC2 and I'm working with the auto tune function/ datalogs to try and get this dam car tuned right for the first time since I've had this set up I made this hanger device at work out of 1/8 lexan, to mount to the backside of the LM1, so that I wouldn't have to try and watch it while it was sitting on the pass. seat. I have since put a pivot point on the narrow part with the hook shaped section so that it just folds up and fits nicely in the glove box when I don't want to view it. Before the pivot mod, it was to long to put away in the glove box. I would recomend this Wideband to anyone looking to buy a WB. Its the best bang for the buck. Do yourself a favor a reserch what you get for the price of the LM1 compared to all the others.... not as much, and almost twice the price.
  2. I'm surprised no one has inquired as to what that cable is for..... the one hooked up to your turbine inlet......
  3. I wish I could remember what car this double gauge pod was made for. I think it was for a 240sx, but not positive. I do know that it didn't fit perfectly, so I heated it up a bit with a tourch, and formed it to fit better... sorry... this is all I have..... a pic
  4. Well, its up and running. I was able to do a short tuning trial with it today for around 30 min, until a blinding rain came down and forced me to park it. I have the custom made aux output cable working fine to where I'm able to use the WB while in the auto tune function of the TEC2. Now the tuning process should become much more accurate afr wise, under boost... I'll keep ya posted on the progress.... j.
  5. BTW, I have a couple diffs apart and in buckets if their would be a bunch of differnt thickness shims, I may have what you may not and vice versa.... just an offer, I have a dial indicator and could check for a size if need be... j.
  6. That would be a sweet daily driver huh? I wonder if a regular ol joe could order that same setup ?? Any how... most of us here could take him without a sweat..
  7. this is what I wrote these folks, and this was their responce... this is who I'll go with when I re do mine.... I just read a post on zcar.con of Your services. I would like to have the two rear tail-light trim peices on my Datsun 260z re- cromed. The guy that spoke of your company said that you did his same parts for around $60.00 usd including shipping. Will You please let me know the details on what it would take to have mine done ? Thank You- Joel Soileau
  8. I bought this one http://plxdevices.com/ a couple weeks ago, and while it was being sent to me I found the LM-1, then sent the plx back for a refund. The plx costs $551 and is a toy compared to what the LM-1 offers...
  9. yep... I received everything in the second photo with mine, for $349. Now all I have to do is put it on the car....
  10. It should all be in the info there... if not then sorry, I ment for it to be $349.00
  11. wow, thats the first I've heard of that. Was this a U.S. market 260? and what year did the 3:36 R200 come in the 260z?? thanks joel
  12. After searching thru the differnt brands, this seems to be the best buy with most features for the cost. HERE IS THE MANUAL http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/support/manual/Table%20of%20Contents.htm

  14. The 1mm and the 2mm thick HKS head gaskets are I belive 91mm bore size, I'm pretty sure...
  15. Intresting post... I'm just guessing here but would'nt it depend on what R&P a diff had installed in it, as to which side the long or short stub would need to go? I've seen the inside of 3:36 diffs and the whole carrier was farther to one side than say a 4:11 because of the ring gear size, and is made up for with the thick shim set being used on one side vrs the other. Does this make any sense... ???
  16. Would this motor be the same, installation wise, as the 26. I haven't seen this motor talked about that often. Is it as good and strong (bottom end wise) as the RB26 ? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2426116926&category=46098 Thanks, and sorry if this is old news.... joel SORRY... i SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE ARCHIVES AS PER SITE RULES
  17. This is looking very promising James. We appreciate your intrest in making the L6 head work better for us strait 6 guys.. Although they are not the P90 head, I have a stack of every other # head, if you need to chop up another. Also, please keep me in mind when you upgrade your cam, I'd buy your current one from you. thanks and keep it up...
  18. niceguy678us; Come by this weekend and I'll pull my cam cover to show you what the Malvern Racing adj. cam gear looks like. I think it is just like the "dial a cam?"
  19. If you want to fix this the easy way, (not the right way), you could spray a good carb cleaner on the area to clean off residue coolant, then mix yourself up some two part epoxy from the parts house (comes in a twin tube syringe), and use a 16 penny nail to spread the epoxy around the freeze plugs/block, and it WILL seal the leak. This may sound like a jerry rig fix, but hey... it'll work, and you won't have to pull the motor....
  20. Be very gentle while removing them, they will buckle/bow in a heartbeat.... I removed mine then used my circluler (sp) sander to grind off the staple heads, then pulled the remaining staple out for a smooth surface. Then I used some soft flat rubber stock (just happen to have some extra at work) to cut with a razor knife, the right width, then urethaned it to the crome strips. After allowing them to cure overnight, they are in my opinion, better than new... and a whole lot cheeper too...
  21. Outch... thats gotta hurt big time. I wish I could figure out what advice his partner was giving him right as he took off...
  22. I remember this pic being posted on this site awhile back, but can't find the thread. It was from a member trying to sell these...
  23. Thanks guys... And TimZ, belive you me, it wouldn't be up and running so fast, and even good for that matter, be it not be for you and your computer skills. And last but not least by any means... your custom software.... it's the iceing on the cake... THANK YOU !!!!! joel
