You couldn't have just bought a vacum advance only? If you have it off now remove it from the distributor and then try sucking on it to see if it moves. I know this is a dumb question put you are pulling a vacum on the line you are using for the vacum advance yes?

I went to the track Day day here in Orlando on Wed. for the Z convention to watch the drag races. There was a guy in a 260Z that had a NA AFM, NA harness, MSD 6AL, Meth. Injection, Intecooler and boost set to 15 to 17 if i recall. He ran a 13.6. I did verify the NA AFM, but not the harness. He was told it could not be done and ran this set up to prove it could be.

You need to tell us what u currently our running first. If you're using stock everything like your signature pic is and plan to keep it that way then why change. What are your goals and what do u plan on doing?

This is absolutely insane. I tried it like a dummy and was amazed...... How smart is Your Right Foot? Just try this. It's from an orthopedic surgeon............ Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right Hand. Your foot will change direction. I told you so!!! And there's nothing you can do about it! You and I both know how stupid it is, but before the day is done you are going to try it again, if you've not already done so.

There is a 300zx in my area for pretty cheap, 1800. From the picks it looks okay. Has a lot of after market stuff on it. Yeah... the sunroof really kills it. I'd tell him he should give you 100 bucks to tow it away for him. Serioulsy, unless it is under 150, I would stay away from it. I learned this lesson hard with a Jeep I had.

Yep, fly R/C. Mainly my simulator now. What's nice about Orlando is I've seen some amazing pilots (TOC). There is a field in Apoka that has the Jets. They usually fly on Friday. It is incredilbe to watch a turbine model go by at 200MPH plus! You see it, then you don't.

Black means to much gas. Switch the plugs out and see if it runs good again. If it does then start looking at why it is running so rich. You've finally fowled the plugs thus the poor performance.
