  1. what about that steering wheel? can't really tell how nice of a condition it's in...
  2. yeah, nothing amazing, but I haven't seen many videos that have this many different models at once. Can't find the full length one, I'm sure it's longer than this, though...
  3. From articles I had read weeks ago, I was under the impression that this was not, in fact, a concept Mustang built by or for Ford, but just a one-off done by an Italian coachbuilder, basically for the hell of it. This car is not connected to Ford (besides the fact that it's a Mustang concept) and doesn't reflect what the Mustang is going to look like any time soon from what I've heard and read...
  4. Thought this was kind of fun, all of them racing at once. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yYTCvSfLNj8&eurl=
  5. how about the plastic door locks pieces? Mine are broken, but the one's I've seen on Ebay are way overpriced. That'd be fine, Supply and Demand and all that, but no one is paying the price they ask, so it's sort of stupid seeing these guys trying to sell them way expensive with no bids...If you find any and put them on Ebay at a normal rate, let me know.
  6. hahaha! I've seen the short, crappy quality version of this a couple times, but never this one. bunch of idiots...like something the idiot football players at my school would do.
  7. yes, this guy was probably using a tablet part of the time. I have to say, tablets are very fun, and it is easy once you get the hang of it, as Careless said.
  8. interesting. wish the video was better, can't tell exactly how it looks when heated.
  9. believe it or not, I actually drew pretty close to that well in MSpaint when I was younger. Then I discovered Photoshop. Definately a pain in the arse to draw that good, though. probably couldn't do as well as I used to, without Photoshop's tools that make stuff like this much easier. It's interesting to watch his techniques and different experimentations while he does it,like the way he does the wheels.
  10. haha, that's cool. I don't know if it's real or not, there are the usual bickering unbelievers commenting under the vid.
  11. $800 for my '78 280z less than a year ago. after replacing the fuel lines, it runs, and it has a rebuilt engine with only 3000 miles on it. good deal?
  12. I would post the pic I had with the wheel on the car, but my POS computer has crashed again, so I've been posting from school. Anyway, I'm painting the car silver, and the way I have it in my head, it looks very nice. I hadn't planned on getting these wheels, but the offer is too good to refuse, and they are in a much better condition than the wheels on the car now. It'll look good though.
  13. I might be buying a set of these (Enkei - RSF-2), tires included, from a friend who had them on his Scion xB, for around $300. They have a 4 and a 4 1/2 pattern on them, and they are just barely larger width and height-wise than the current wheels and tires on my car. ( Here's a site that stocks them. http://tinyurl.com/y5u677 ) anyway, what do you guys think? they seem to fit on my car fine. he hasn't brought over the lugnuts, so I haven't been able to bolt one on and totally make sure, but it did fit into the studs. I just want to hear from the experts about any problems or negativities I may encounter.
  14. I took this photo of a very nice Porsche 928 the other day. Barely had enough time to pull the camera out and snap this off before it had passed us by. If anyone wants to see a larger version, here is the link to it. http://static.flickr.com/104/313253232_e549ac39df_b.jpg Here's a decent shot of some queen ant/beetle thing. I couldn't identify it...the macro on my camera isn't the best. Here's a shot of a restaurant I ate at. Damn cars in the way...
  15. ok,you all need to list the best junkyards in northern Texas, anywhere near Dallas! Reading this stuff drives me nuts...
  16. Damn, just reading that last part made my adreneline go shooting up. heh, I'd probably die from shock if something like this happened to me.
  17. heheh, that "snow" looks familiar.
  18. this is awesome! I remember watching some sort of documentary-show about that windtunnel a while back. I would help if I could, but I don't really have money right now. :S Good luck to you guys!
  19. ugh!!! Look at all that whale juice pouring out! Nasty...What's funny is, I thought this thread was going to be about that whale they blew up with dynamite. I see everyone is talking about that anyway. Funny because I only discovered and watched that very video yesterday, linked to it from another site. It's a small internet after all.
  20. now ya gotta get a nice set of 260 bumpers
  21. is it a rifle or a shotgun? I really need to get a good pic of all my guns.
  22. (ignore this post. I accidentally unsubscribed from it in my usercp, so I'm posting to make it stay there.)
  23. I pretty much agree with all of you, those were the same thoughts that went through my head when I read the article, so I'm glad it's not just me. Still, I'd like to see how they feel and work. And 2003Z, those are crazy huge!
  24. ah, good. I'll use this as well. Gotta tap one of the holes in the engine block where the water pump bolts in...
