  1. Probably not interested for this particular setup but I have some LED DRL/Turn Signal bars/strips. Could possibly work but you would have to fill in the gaps.
  2. All the sites sell them for about $780 (pair) plus shipping. Mark up from JW is <10% on these guys so we don't even put them on the site. But if anyone wants to order a set through us, we can price match at the $780. Just let me know and I'll send an invoice over.
  3. I can help point you in the right direction. We've sold over 400 HID projector headlight kits to Z owners over the last few years. If you want, send me an email at ben@dapperlighting.com and I can give you the various options for a sealed beam replacement.
  4. Having good visiblity can drastically help out if you plan to drive at night. I've had atleast a handful of customers call me and tell me they were able to avoid wildlife in the road because of the dramatic increase in visiblitiiy from their headlights. Seriously though.... it makes a world of difference lol.
  5. Be careful, those aren't real projector headlights and will spray light everywhere. Pretty dangerous on the road (not only for oncoming traffic)
  6. Bump to his 810. He has the most badass prototype headlights... The output on them is amazing.
  7. You should install our Modern headlight kit. I think it would look awesome with the black headlight buckets.
  8. We make the wires extra long so it fits most cars. I need to find the schematics for the H4 stock plug. Since the kit is a single filament system, the diode pulls power from the low beam wire on the plug over to the high beam so that the light source stays on while the high beam stalk is pulled. On the stock headlight, the low beam bulb shuts off and the high beam turns on. The high beam wires from the projector will go to the high beam trigger on the stock plug. You should have just been able to use the halogen harness and run the leads into the ballast if you wanted to bypass the relay. Just make sure you run the correct polarities into the ballast.
  9. There is a plug coming from the headlight and from the harness that should plug together. The only "open" wires are the city light bulbs. You can run those however you want. Some run them as DRLs, or turn signals, or just leave them off.
  10. Can't remember what versions these are. All of our new and updated documents can be found on our site: http://www.dapperlighting.com/pages/faq
  11. The housings control high/low since we use a single filament bulb. Here are some semi-detailed diagrams to give you an idea of how the wiring works. There was some modification to his stock harness with his engine swap so I'm unsure of his exact setup.
  12. The projectors are a very common projector bought and sold in Asia. Other companies have branded them as Morimoto and I believe are their "matchbox" projector. Our units are within a few MM of a stock H6024. The "Mini H1" will add you another inch of length on the backside not to mention the PITA of retrofitting.
  13. Projectors won't blind anyone. A lot of the guys on the road are putting HIDs into halogen housings which cause an awful amount of glare.
  14. I've been working with some of the 510 guys a bit. Here's some useful info on the projector swaps on a thread I started: http://community.ratsun.net/topic/39782-projector-headlights/
  15. My box is still full after I emptied it. I'll work on it again. You can email me at ben@dapperlighting.com
  16. I'm in the Bay Area and carry projector HID headlights for Z's. PM me if you're interested.
  17. Headlights headlights headlights headlights headlights

  18. We make a special black kit that leaves the lens clear. Gives you the blacked out look without affecting light. http://www.dapperlighting.com/
