  1. If you use either of these options you will still have to go somewhere to get the camber plates welded in.......
  2. Jackhammer I will drop you a PM when I head out that way.
  3. Wish they had the airdam without the ducts....
  4. becarefull with the MX's I HATE MINE!!!!!!!!!!! they make me not want to drive my car they are so freakin loud and vibrate everything.......I have 235/40/18 on all four corners of my IS 300 and they are atrocious....just be sure to ROTATE them often....
  5. I hate to say that if that thing spends any time on the road that stuff wil start flying off the car, chiping and pealing. I have to give it to you for a valiant effort, and what seems to be a clean job. I have never had any luck with rattle can paint.......I would think that you will have one hell of a blister on your thumb from using all of those cans as well as one hell of a story to tell.
  6. Count me in 100% I need/want this panel for my 240.......
  7. My Ecsta MX SUCK. They are the loudest tires that I have ever owned on a car. They are really close to as loud as my 35x12.50 BFG All-Terrain that I had on my truck.....I am miserable every time I drive my car....road noise, steering wheel vibration, ass vibration......my wife likes it when I drive slow that is the only thing
  8. I have asked this and got no response....trade secret I guess...
  9. screw identifing the wheels how about the chicks....the one on the left is yummy........
  10. If you don't mind letting me know who coveredyour dash I would like to use them. I am in Humble, however spend at least one or two weekends at the in-laws in Pecan Grove. (Right around the corner from you)
  11. The artistry, conception, and execution interior and exterior on this car are from what I can tell flawless. Although the two cars were never intended to be in the same league this is a work of art. I can appreciate the work that went into each and every panel to make it line up and not to wave. I can't imagine how many hours in sanding and work it took to get this to look flawless. I am one from the school of thought that the body of a classic such as the Z and the Cobra should not be touched, let alone have other parts molded into places not intended by the designers. But this is a excelent execution. I would be jealous parking next to you.
  12. I ordered the cable today and will have the car back sometime next week.......thanks for the help
  13. the lights were added. you might want to look around a little more. There is a lot of information around here, all you have to do is look and search a little.
  14. the depth of the lips that you have....from the spoke to the rim ( outter part of the wheels that the bead of the tire rests against.
  15. What did you do for your suspension set-up? Can you put a tape measure on your lips on the front and the rear...? Thanks....I was going to go with a set of 17"ers all of the way around but you have me second guessing.
  16. you sir have beat me to the punch. Thanks for all of the leg work. I am now starting the process on my car. I will have the Willwoods, and a airdam as well. It is nice to see another car that is porportional. Perfect.
  17. I am paranoid about buying off-brand seants. They are so important to me as fat as comfort, fit and finish. I would be worried how they would hold up over time, material fading, and in an accident. Not that you didn't have a good buy but I have concerns.
  18. I am considering a Supra dash for when I do a IMSA widebody, 2JZ powered 260....... I first have to finish my Turbo Tom 240 which will take me about another year and a half.....
  19. That is what I would put in my widebody/gnose project...........I am assuming that you have gone through the motor and built it to the proper specs.
  20. righton I will check it out and see what I can come up with...
  21. Does anyone have a lead on the throttle cable that was used in the Turbo Tom setups? Mine has broken. I know that it is based off of a airplane throttle cable....but that is about it. I am in need of some more detailed information so that I can replace it to get the car back on the road......
  22. Let me know how the stripper pole works out for ya....I am interested in these panels and will be purchaseing them as soon as I get started on my interior. However I am in need of purchaseing other items prior to the door panels....
  23. Has anything ever happened with all of this talk of testing? I am starting to save up to paint my car and I would like to know if there are some little things that I can do inthe process to help with stability at freeway speeds. I will be using the air dam above.
  24. Exactly what color did you go with? Looks good I will have mine on the road in a few weeks and I am going to start saving up to do all of the body work and paint on mine in the next year or so.....
